Sure, this game has a short main story (roughly 5 hours), but it also has a prequel (which is another 5 hours). It has co-op, split screen, and other modes where you can play with a pal or alone (although I recommend a friend).

Though it didn't win any remarkable rewards, it did left me wanting more and the voice acting is excellent. I just wish, however that the AI was more impressive and it retained more of the elements in the originals.

This game is definately one of my favorite 3rd person shooters out on the market. It has a great storyline and easy to follow. Also, its fast paced and exciting.

definately a fun game would recommend to anyone, main storyline didnt take very long to complete but i guess the online features and other modes make up for it

the ability to easy balance stealth in the game with black and white being in stealth mode and color being visible to enemies makes easy transistion between stealth. The game is very balanced gameplay

This will b a great game!! ...i will probably keep playing the demo untill release day...thats how awesome the game is!! ...I just really wish Best Buy did more midnight releases!!...

I just got the full version of this game yesterday (4 days early). I have played the game for a few hours already and it is cool. The lady by the name of Grim is cool, she is a mole to the opposite team. She at one point in the game tells you that your "dead" daughter is still alive. So I think (because I haven't beat it) that the game is gonna lead to you finding your daughter. In the game there are weapon upgrades e.g. range, power and you can upgrade how many rounds are allowed in the gun.

My buddy and I rented this game because of all the great reviews it has been getting. I'm a very casual gamer, and when I get a new game, I'm looking to be entertained, and this was not the case. The campaign mode is a little garbled and complex. It bounces back and forth through time, so it's confusing to try to remember what is going on. You basically have to try to remember a story line from "now", "a day or two from now", and "a few years ago". That being said, I still don't know what the story is, it's been lost in the complexity of the game itself. As for multiplayer, it's incredibly frustrating. It's a completely different story from the single-player mode, but it stays in the present, so it's got that going for it. As for the missions, some of them are nearly impossible. One mission took me and my friend two days of attempts, the other took three hours. Then you get a dumb ending to the story. I purchased Splinter Cell for the original Xbox out of a clearance bin for about 8 dollars, and that's probably where you should look for Conviction. It's not worth it, to me.

To the first review, Tom Clancy doesn't make the games. It's just his name has rights to the game. Ubisoft created all the Splinter Cells, i thought everyone knew that. To another review the goggles will return, there will still be gadgets, just not as many since Sam will be getting his stuff off of the black market in the game. The stickey camera now has an explosion switch so you can use it to detonate things. RELEASE DATE: Finalized for 2/23/2010 it sucks it's so far away but at least we have something in stone now! I can't wait for it.

This is probably the best splintercell experienece ever made tom clancy finally made another good one. Most of his games were just ok

I've played the demo so many times that i pre-ordered the game it really is a runner up for best game of the year

Over all this is the best splinter cell game. Its awsome all the way.

I'm pretty new the the Xbox experience after being a playstation 2 guy for a number of years I was told by my oldest son that it was time for a major upgrade after hearing me complain about not being able to find new games for it anymore. I really enjoy playing Splinter Cell Conviction. It's very cool and also makes you think about your next move.

Very fun & challenging game! I would recommend it to any who likes stealth games or great co-op games. One of the better Splinter Cell games I've ever played but not near the level of Chaos Theory or Pandora Tomorrow.

Overall this is a great game and if you are a fan of the Splinter Cell series you should definatly pick it up. The game has a fantastic single player mode, though it could have been a little longer. The co-op mode is great and will provide ours of entertainment.

This is the first tom clancy i have ever played and wow is this game awesome. It has weapon customization and third person play like Army of Two:TFD. Climbing on ledges and pipes like Assassins creed 2. And awesome online play like MW2. This game is stunning in terms of stealth and tactics. I love it!

Overall, this is a fun game. It's perhaps not as challenging as previous Splinter Cell games, but I think that makes it more accessible to newcomers.

A new experience. a very solid franchise turned into an amazing franchise in one game. way to go ubisoft you continue to amaze me. although i will miss the goggles and the rest of the equipment. this is a must get game for all 360 owners.

I really enjoyed this game, it wasn't like the older games, a little more action inspired, Gameplay moved faster then previous but I did miss some of the old syle sneaking around. Still a really fun game.
