Don’t hesitate to have your appliances installed by through Best Buy/Pacific Sales. From scheduling/rescheduling the install, to the pre-inspection, and the actual installation, these guys provided the best service. The guys who came were prompt, respectful, and made sure to install everything correctly. We had a bit of a challenge with the clearances with the cabinets and they didn’t leave until it was done properly. While I could have gotten my general contractor to install for free, I didn’t feel confident that his guys would have the skill and know how to do it well. It was definitely worth paying Best Buy for the installation.

They did a great job removing and hauling out the old barely functioning GE Monogram fridge and putting the new unit in place. They replaced the water line for the new fridge. The install took just over an hour.

The premium install is the way to go. Money well spent if you need professionals install without damaging your house.

The delivery and installation went great, including the heavy lift by crane to the second floor.

Its only a month old so too soon to give 5 stars. Looks great (even impressive, though that isn't important), white interior and LED interior lighting are great, easy to see everything, shelf and drawer design are great and useful, freezer drawer is nice and large and easy to use and the ice maker works great (again it's new), the cooling and freezing functions are spot on with no moisture / frost. My only issue with this refrigerator is the sound.....it's pretty loud, especially compared to the Kitchenaid refrigerator it replaced which was almost silent. It isn't objectionable, it's just there, you know when it's running.

The fridge is an excellent piece of craftsmanship and i love how it looks and the options it has with the ice maker and i love how i can hook my phone to the fridge to get readings on the fridge's health (still need to look more into this). The only aspect that i fear makes it unable to be 5 stars is the need to open the doors in a specific fashion given the built in latch. The sound of the bottom latch locking in place if the orientation is incorrect will opens the other fridge door briefly as both fridge doors shut.

The prep and installation were great. The top part of the fridge hit the bottom of some cabinet doors so they took them off their hinges to install the fridge properly. They said they would take them to be sanded down or a slice taken off the bottom edge but they never returned. Im still waiting. Please have them finish the job so i can upgrade my review. Thank you!

We were very pleased. Everything happened as it was supposed to when it was supposed to. It was all very pleasant and professional.

They were quick. Answered my questions. They left black residue of packing or protective cover on the Wolf stove, very difficult to get off.

We purchased a Sub Zero 48" side-by-side refrigerator from Pacific Sales and had them install the unit. The installers (Sun Coast) were excellent. They communicated with us the day prior to provide the installation window, they showed up on time, ready to work. They surveyed the installation location and got to work on removing the old unit. The old unit was removed within 20 minutes of them arriving. They very carefully carted the old unit out, taking care to navigate carefully past ceiling fixtures and a smoke alarm. I was given some time to clean out the location, removing dust, dead bugs, etc, and then they installed the new unit after very carefully navigating in and avoiding any collateral damage. As they tilted the unit upright, I saw that it was perfectly aligned with the opening! Clearly, these techs had done this type of install in the past many times. Once the unit was connected to power and water supply and pushed back into place, they carefully removed all the packaging and tapes, including the films that protected all the exterior surfaces. They gave me a quick rundown of what to do with the new unit regarding ice, water, and filling it up. Excellent overall service! Start to finish, the job was completed in 50 minutes. Could not ask for a better experience.

Jose and David did an outstanding job installing our new oven. They even gave a short lecture on how to use the oven so that we didn't need to read the users manual.

This is a service worth doing. We had them install our refrigerator, freezer, wine fridge and oven/stove. They were on time and professional. When you spend a lot of money on appliances you want to make sure it is done right, and they delivered. Well worth the money!!!

Our new Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer is fantastic. So comforting to know the dimensions had not changed over 30 years from our first to this second needed replacement along with the fact our customer wood paneling would be easy to insert with the new unit was a godsend as well. The improvements are wonderful with the water dispenser and ice dispenser housed within the refrigerator section. The pull out drawers are easier to view even without opening them individually, they close so smoothly with the lightest of touch, love the display of temperatures, notifications of issues on the display unit and the coolest of all to have a reference manual easily available in the refrigerator unit - very thoughtful to the real needs of the consumer - great great idea!!! A most thoughtfully designed refrigerator/freezer unit built for durability, quiet elegance and reputation above and beyond the competition. I love it!!!!!

The three appliance installers who installed the panel refrigerator ("Precision Appliance Installation") spoke VERY little English and never bothered to read the instructions. When they first arrived, one of the three helped himself to a personal your of my newly remodeled kitchen, looking around at everything instead of the job ahead of him. After 4 hours of trial and erroe, they were convinced that the provided upper panel cover was the wrong one and were ready to leave the job unfinished. At that point, I opened and read the installation instructions which CLEARLY stated that the installed brackets needed to be removed and replaced with a different supplied set. I went outside to the "trash" they gathered which included all of the cardboard box material and plastics and I found the discarded brackets, screws and lower skirt. STEP # 1 (before pushing the refrigerator into place) required installation of the upper brackets and inside panel cover. So, BACK TO SQUARE ONE! They had to remove the refrigerator and start at the beginning. ALL of this could have been avoided through the use of a more reputable company. Needless to say, I do not believe any of the three installation "techs" are "Certified" Jenn Air appliance installers. Because of this, I installed the dishwasher. I installed the Beverage Center. I installed the range ventilation hood and I will install the microwave oven and range whenever they arrive.

Nice guys. Got the job done! It was a big refrigerator and it took all of them to get it done right and they did!
