This was an add on which was to be free, however after not even activating this service, i started gett billed and Best Buys wonderful customer service (i by no means an serious on the previous statement) would not credit my account at all for a service that i had before the purchase of the car stereo and never activated. I don't know how u feel about being charging for a purchase you never made, but it doesn't sit well with me, even if it is only $9.95 per month...it's my $9.95 to spend as I feel, not due to others crappy policies. They wouldn't refund my fees. If not for needing a phone and seeing ATT's customer service is fir worse, I wouldn't have made my most recent purchase. In all, please read ALLthe fine print, because this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Seems the Pandora app doesn’t want to work right. Always have problems with volume. No problem with my other streaming apps. Just the volume issue with Pandora

Be careful on "Free" Pandora subscription with your purchase. I bought a Soundbar and it came with a free 30 day subscription. I was provided a code in email. Not interested in Pandora so I never activated the subscription. I already had a basic no-cost membership. To my surprise, literally 30 days after my purchase, Pandora had charged the Credit Card I used to make my Soundbar purchase. I went into my Pandora account and the charge was not found. I use the same email address for my BB and my Pandora account. How does this happen? I logged a call w Pandora as I could not reach anyone in chat or on the phone. They said they would look into it. I also contacted BB and the agent to their credit promptly refunded the charge and apologized. So - I don't know how a free trial could turn into a subscription without your authorization when it's an automatic add-on to your purchase. Hopefully this process has been corrected.

I dont see anything negative or super amazing in its positives to say otherwise

This is a Music streaming service. But there’s better ones out there. If you want simple do use. This is the one To go with other then that. I wouldn’t recommend This.

I would give no starts if I could. This subscription was automatically added to my purchase without my consent. No one asked me anything or explained anything about this subscription. It also activated right away when I paid—my mistake for not paying attention to all the details on my receipt. I only noticed when they started charging my credit card for something I didn't ask and never wanted. It was a nightmare to cancel this. So pay attention to your receipts. Subscriptions are being added automatically at the checkout. I sure learned my lesson.

Be aware of these subscriptions when you purchase items from best buy..they automatically sign you up and then out of the blue your entire life get flipped upside dwn...was not expecting a bill since I did pay off my bestbuy credit card bill less than a month after my headset purchase ($300), well, I was sent to collections for a stupid 19.99 subscription I didnt activate and 3 mths later took a hit on my credit, card balance dropped, and 30something drop credit score later..I was not able to refinance my mortgage- bestbuy said they would make it right, LIARS!!

I purchased a pair of headphones for a friend for Xmas, and added the Free month of Pandora to the purchase. I was charged exactly a month after a purchase even though my the subscription wasn't activated by my friend at all. I didn't have any payment methods saved on BestBuy so I was charged to the original card that the purchased was made on. I am giving this one star as I ended up paying $9.99 for a subscription that was never activated and was charged to my card without permission as I didn't have it. I called BestBuy support and they said they couldn't refund me the subscription fee even though they can see the account was never activated, they can only cancel it so no future charges happen. This is a poor way of handedly subcription.

I did not use this service not registered but still got a charge for renewal. This is very ridiculous.

Already have Pandora on my phone. Don't know why they charged me twice for it. Don't want it and can't undo it.

Bad and deceiving business practice from Best Buy. I Purchase another item and this trial subscription was added to my cart as a bonus or freebie.Never activated subscription from my end and ended up being charged to my debit card on file in Bestbuy account w/o my authorization. Beware after noticing the multiple charges on my card contacted elite support line to have charges removed , I was given the run around transferred to many different department and no one assumed responsibility or did anything to help. Has opened my eyes about Bestbuy after many years of being a loyal customer. Bad very bad!!!

Pandora always be coming through! Didnt even know i had it till i seen it right now!! Lol

I haven't had a chance to listen to music at work as much, but but that i do, this was a wonderful way to start back up my premium account. The music genome project has been perfect for helping me find new music like what i already like. When you have 15 years of thumbs up and thumbs down, it really makes the Thanksgiving station perfect for when i don't know what i want to listen to but just want to listen to something. Mobile interface could be better, but i still love Pandora

Not very happy my subscription was automatically renewed before free trial was over

I did not sign up for this service. I received a free trial, which was automatically accepted and began charging a monthly fee to my credit card. I unfortunately did not notice this for almost a year and am now just out the money for a service I have never used.

I was happy to have a free trial because my truck radio has pandora app. Sadly the app crashed every single time I tried to use it and never once worked for me.

Good except they always play the same 15 songs!!!!

I like pandora as a service for a moderate period of time, but on your personal radio after a while they stop providing any variety at all

I gave this 4 stars because, even though the service was great and was supposed to be a free month I was charged for the second month. The problem is, like most free services, they don't let you know when time is running out to cancel.

Not pleased with this service. It was offered free of charge with a purchase I made and they started charging my credit card without my authorization. It has been a disaster trying to get them to end this subscription, that I dont even use.
