A great movie I had all but given up on being able to purchase Brand new, then, as I'm looking through Best Buy's list of 4k movies, there it was, and only 22 dollars. This movie had been going for 50 dollars and up on the secondary market. I can't emphasize more that when you're looking for a particular movie you should at least check Best Buy's listings daily as a movie may be available for purchase only a few days, sometimes just 1 day. Persistent pays off.

I love both actors, Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale. Movie had you on your toes.

Not Nolan's best - and maybe his 2nd weakest film after "Insomnia". But still a good movie and a quality 4K.

This movie is not for everyone's taste. It is a visually stunning, meticulously crafted film from Christopher Nolan from whom we have come to expect such work. But it requires absolutely patience and determined viewing. It is one of those films that gets better on repeated viewings. Try to enjoy it the first time around and don't get mad if, at the end, you missed something. We all did.

Fantastic movie with a very good twist. Very well acted all around especially by Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale. A movie about magicians who where good friends until a tragedy fell upon one. They then became bitter rivals, trying to out do each other. They both use Nicola (spelling?) Tesla in helping come up with a very elaborate trick. Well worth watching again and again.

Not many people think it is his best, but for me Nolan films are great the first time around and don't hold up well after repeated viewings. And that's probably because you already know the shock twist endings he always tries to implement. This one has that but a little more story to tell. The transfer was great on DVD and could almost be confused with blu ray due to it's sharpness and colors. But the blu ray transfer is immaculate.

This is one of my favorite movies from Christopher Nolan. After I bought it, I showed it to my college roommates, who loved it. We watched it two more times that week with various other friends. Everyone liked it. A great movie, with great themes, and AMAZING foreshadowing. Every time you watch it it gets better, because you notice more hints to the ending.

this movie made me a big believer of Nolan, his batman trilogy , inception, Dunkirk , interstellar, tenet are amazing but this one holds a special spot for me. I didn't see the ending coming, everything is perfect.

This movie is a convoluted and intelligent period drama directed by Christopher Nolan. The viewer should heed the opening line, "Are you watching closely?" It is a story about two rival illusionists, played by Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman, who are obsessed with outdoing each other even to the point of sabotage. Worth multiple viewings.

This movie is great even after 12 years after I saw it. This movie is more than magic it’s about obsession of doing better than your enemy that you will do will kill for it. It’s a great period piece , but with a modern feel. It’s a great watch with great acting.

Often overlooked Christopher Nolan film, but a unique and excellent one. 4k picture quality is very nice on this disc, and the more dynamic colors really helps with the dark / dimly lit scenes.

This has always been one of my favorite movies. I already had a digital copy on my computer. However, it was not bluray. I found this in a discount bin and purchased it for $6. If you're a fan of Christopher Nolan's movies, then this is highly recommended.

Every Christopher Nolan fan cannot call themselves a fan until they’ve seen this film. Beautiful 4K presentation of a truly unique, engrossing and entertaining film from beginning to end.

Awesome and amazing movie Picture and sound is Amazing on Blueray and it looks and sounds Amazing on my 4K TV plus this movie has alot amazing Actors and story line of this movie Amazing loved every minute of it

This is one of Nolan's finest films, great performance's by Jackman & Bale. Nice looking 4k, not as good as The Dark Knight or The Dark knight rises but better looking than the blu ray. To upgrade it all matters if your a fan. Worth it for me
