My son loves the story and the characters as they evolve through levels

Not as great as the original, but it's a fun game at the price of 20.

In the normal theme of Bethesda software - you get to run around and do what you want - though there are timelines to the various plot items. Unfortunately, there are some of the normal glitches with getting stuck inside items/walls, but luckily these were much less than in previous Bethesda games I've played. This was a nice dark game where you can choose to be good or bad in different situations. The ending leaves a bit to be desired since it really didn't seem to change no matter what choices you made, though I didn't play the game all the way through in different ways to find out. I still had a good time playing it though. Many hours gone, but in a fun way. :)

After watching so many reviews about this game, I couldn’t resist to try it on my own. I really liked the setting and creepy atmosphere of the game mixed with exploration and good gameplay. Good game for the price!

I really enjoyed this game and the story. It was engaging and I enjoyed the multiple endings. The reveal of the setting was quite good as well. The only thing is I wish the enemies were a bit more diverse, but overall a fantastic game!

Prey is a survival horror, first person shooter game with some rpg elements, falls somewhere between Alien Isolation and Bio Shock. The plot and narrative are pretty linear, but getting out of situations has a multitude of methods. You can try to run and gun, hide/sneak, set up traps and so on. If you are familiar with the flexibility in solving missions in games like Deus Ex, then you'll be familiar with this playing style. The game is good and I could see a sequel being even stronger. It's interesting to see how they could come up with this from the original Prey.

Prey is a great game. It requires a lot from player, but brings fantastic experience. It's sci-fi in alternative Universe that tells awesome story, plays like half-life+dishonored+bioshock and have awesome ending. It's very long (that's bad) - about 40 hours of gameplay, but pretty intensive and thrilling. One of the best games in 2017

This game is great! The graphics, the story, the gameplay! I absolutely loved this game and couldn't put it down until I finished all the side missions and result missions! So many different ways to complete levels!

The storyline was interesting to follow and even the little details from reading newspaper articles deepened the story. Gameplay was very customizable, and being able to choose stealth or assault was fun too.

Having played through this game towards the end of 2017, I was truly surprised to not see it pop up on more GOTY lists. From it's mechanics to the pacing to the story and art style, this is an absolute gem.

I bought this game because it was getting pretty good critic reviews but, for the life of me, I am not sure why. The story is very cool and intriguing and that is the only thing that kept me playing to the very end. However, moving around on the space station becomes tedious at some point. Also, I switched to playing on "easy" mode because I was getting frustrated with frequently dying. This did very little to actually reduce the difficulty. I still found myself dying frequently, even when facing "easy" enemies.

I enjoy the atmosphere of the game. I am always on my toes waiting for a creature to pop out at me. I enjoy the weapons and alien powers as well.

It is an enjoyable game that will give you your monies worth in play time. In Prey, the player controls Morgan Yu while exploring the space station Talos I, in orbit around Earth–Moon L2, where research into a hostile alien collective called the Typhon is performed. As the Typhon escape confinement, the player uses a variety of weapons and abilities derived from the Typhon to avoid being killed by the aliens while looking to escape the station

This game starts off with a cool story and has great controls. I am about 10 hours in and the game has not disappointed yet. A few minor bugs but overall a good buy.

I bought this game and I got into, it's very interesting and a great story, first person, with a lot of things to do. I recommend it to people who likes Sci-fi, shooting, action and mystery 5 Stars.

This is a very fun game to play. I did not know what to expect but I have gotten a lot of enjoyment out of this game. Very action packed.

At first, it felt like bioshock to me. Which I love the bioshock games. But, after awhile the game play felted a bit boring. Perhaps it lack more to the story of what is happening? Still, rather a good game. Choose to stay more human or inject your self with alien abilities. To kill what humans are alive or not. There is usually more than one way to enter an area if you can find it. And having the alien abilities will help with this. Weapons are upgradable as well as your abilities to aid you on your journey. Graphics are good and control setup is OK.
