I only had my Quest 3 for a few weeks before I started getting tired of replacing controller batteries, so I went for the PrismXR Carina D1 and the hand straps from the same company. It worked pretty well, the controllers snap in nicely from the magnets, the straps don't get too much in the way, and my headset with the BoboVR strap latches in pretty easily and charges fine.
However, after about a week the right controller started beeping when it was fully charged...and of course, like smoke detectors, it was at 2am! I tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps before I decided to reach out to PrismXR, detailing what I'd tried.
They were very quick to respond, confirming it was a bug with my dock. They offered to send me an updated replacement version free of charge, and to keep the old one. It arrived quickly and solved the beeping problem. After confirming the fix, they also offered to send me free hand straps, but I declined since I already had them. Great company, will be buying from them again!
