As a bicycle, this is amazing to maneuver around NYC. I can make a 30 minute bike commute as quick as 10 or 12 minutes using the battery which lasts a little more than advertised in my case, and I weigh quite a lot. Don’t operate this in the rain though! And use your own locks to secure the wheels and handlebars and seat, the battery you should take with you when leaving the bike unattended. The key to lock it in place is a bit finicky for me though.
I would recommend this to a friend

Instructions didn't match the bike. Included tools were not same as shown on their site. (Dollar store hex key set, not T handles). Had folding pedals already installed but for some reason they included another set. Impossible to adjust handlebars, since I couldn't loosen bolt (even with impact tool). Much worse, the charger overheated while initially charging the battery, so either it was defective or the battery had a shorted cell. Charger reached 160 degrees... hot enough to burn skin in one second! BB was great about the return and didn't charge me a restocking fee since the bike was defective. No way that I was going to sit on a bike with a possibly defective lithium battery under me! Poor quality control. Also note that this is a V7, not V6 shown on their site and everywhere else. One would think a newer Version would be an improvement, but it's obviously a cheaper build.
