TBH I'm not sure if the issues are the result of a bad product or bad installation. Since the second day I had this bolts have come loose and fallen out. The machine Also make a lot of concerning squeaks and grinding sounds. I also have had trouble with the electronics occasionally not working correctly. I am returning this product and am going to get another brand. As an important note: when delivered, the installers said they didn't know how to put the machine together and needed to work out of the manual. The inexperience shows.

It was worth the purchase. Very easy to use!the quality is also very good. As a beginner it goes up to levels that challenge me. I set this up at home for at home work outs. Very convenient and Does not take up tremendous amount of space. Definitely recommend this machine

My family really wanted this machine model. Lamentably I had to return it 3 times! Fortunately BEST BUY Totaltech team was excellent. We have a trendmill same brand that has been working very very well. For the tier price we were targeting, we thought this machine was The best óption. However we received the first time an equípment with an accesory broken, it was working very well but did not look good. So we changed it. After 2 hours of. exercise the equipamient was not working well, the movement was not smooth and there was a Bou se. The 3rd time the same but it did not worked well since the very beginning. Despite I would not like to do this, I will go buy another eliptical machine outside Best Buy. I was not able to find another with similar characteristics available in my postal code in Best Buy web page.

I bought this elliptical two months ago. In two months, i have used it an average of 30 minutes or less per day between 3-6 days each week. About two weeks ago, the fan quit working. One of the reasons I bought an elliptical instead of a treadmill was because I believed that using the elliptical would be less noisy than running on a treadmill...that is not the case. Each and every moving part causes noise when the speed is greater than 10-15 RPM. It's constant. And annoying. On faster workouts I feel like the noise of the machine drowns out the music/trainer. Yesterday as I went through my workout, I noticed that the information on the screen was not showing up throughout the workout...for instance, i could see my elapsed time, but when i scrolled over to see remaining time, it was blank and my RPM/goal RPM kept disappearing and reappearing. I'm so disappointed that I invested this money and things are already malfunctioning after two months. Let me repeat, it's been 67 days and the fan is broken, the display is no longer working properly and it squeaks with every step.

Compact, high quality, big screen. Both me and my wife like it up till now. We use it mainly to exercise at home and catch up on exercise when it’s not so great outside.

Great product, not as quiet as it’s supposed to be but love using it

I’ve had to return this item due to a thump in a certain spot in its rotation. The replacement machine did the exact same thing. Now I’m past my return period for Best Buy. I bought the first one less than two months ago.

This is a good product from a manufacturer I have bought other fitness equipment from and have liked. Their treadmill is still running strong and looks good after 17 years of use. With similar servicing and check ups I am sure this elliptical will be with me for a long time to come.

Good product for the price. Delivery was smooth. Good service from beat buy.

Great affordable at home cardio exercise. Very pleased with my purchase. My only critique would be about the screen and built in software which I have been having trouble getting a update to install.

I went through a replacement once from BestBuy with this unit because it "clicks" and makes a horrible noise when working out. Now the replacement unit is doing the same thing. This is not what I expected when paying $999 for an elliptical. I've seen $300 unit quieter than this.

Where do I start with this gem? I opened the box and it looked like whomever packed it had raided the dumpster for cardboard scraps and just chucked them in the box. The base was better, but everything else was just there. I opened the box and started assembling. I started noticing that almost every single plastic part in the box had some sort of damage. The metal portion the control box sits on was bent. And somehow the flywheel had surface rust on it. Given the trouble it took just to get it into the basement, I decided to carry on. There was a plastic piece of a bushing torn, and a metal bushing split in half during assembly. I was able to get the thing functioning and emailed ProForm. They wanted pictures and stuff. Fine. Replacement parts were ordered and arrived. Unfortunately, not everything I needed was there (packing hadn't improved). I begin to replace what I had. And that's when I began to find more damage. I still got what I could back on the machine. It went from being almost quiet (there was a clunking I couldn't ever track down), to a plastic on plastic scraping nightmare. It was, at that point, that I was done and decided to go with another brand. It's a shame. If everything had worked the way it was supposed to, it was a nice machine. Or it seemed that way. So I guess take your chances? I don't know. My experience wasn't that great.
