Q: What is the stride length? Is the stride length adjustable?

Q: Just wondering if it makes any squeaky noise?
A: There is squeaking that comes and goes. Sometimes it's about a 5 on 1 -10 scale. Often there is no squeaking at all and the unit is very quiet. I've had it for 30 days. While it was installed by Bestbuy, the installers didn't have any experience with installing elipticals. I've had to tighten nuts and screws and one of the side plates over the fly wheel was put on crooked. So far I'd give the machine a 7-8 on a 10scale and I like it (except for the squeaking). But I'd give installation a 2-3. TBH I am considering exchanging the unit but will wait a couple more weeks before I decide. I'm just not sure it's worth the hastle of exchanging for a minor, occaisional squeak.
Q: Do you recommend have Best Buy set it up or would it be something I could set up myself?
A: Two people can do it following the video. Keep in mind Proform's lack of customer service is legendary.
