This is the most high tech piece of exercise equipment I've ever owned and it's been a good experience so far. I have had a spinal injury with a subsequent surgery which left me with chronic back pain; this has made cardio such as running very painful. This machine is low impact and I have not felt like my back pain has been exacerbated after a 30 min or so workout. The iFit membership with the workouts on screen is great for keeping you motivated during the workout. Putting the machine together wasn't the best experience, however I'm overall very happy with this purchase so far.

I am very pleased with my new HIIT Trainer. I feel like I am getting a full workout. I like that I can hold and control the handles in multiple places which is helpful and more comfortable than grabbing stationary handle on other machines. I was pleasantly surprised that the machine came with a 1 year iFit membership which has been great!

It was pretty easy to put together I did it mostly by myself, only needed a second person for the bottom screws. Once it’s put together it’s a sturdy machine. The free yearly membership that came with is totally worth it.

Hello Machine is heavy duty but makes a knocking noise while working out in the wheel barrel. It’s a tough machine you have to be extremely fit to use. Not for beginners like me.

Love this item. I am able to use the various workouts in the subscription to get a full body work out.

Does get noisy and some people stated but I'm certain it's due to uneven floor

Awesome machine! Gives you a great workout. The negative relates to the use of the iFit app to use use the machine. The ifit app info is not clear or transparent in the product description and the instructions, which is why I am not giving it 5 stars. The customer service regarding that issue was poor. That being said, I do think the ifit app is great but now that it is installed, I can't use the machine without it. This has been problematic if there is WiFi issues. The best buy guys that delivered and assembled the machine were worth every penny.

ProForm Carbon HIIT H7 is easy to operate negative is the IFIT Software that is a hit or miss. I have had to reinstall software every week loosing save data. Wish there was another option to use programs or had a card like the old days. Also if not near my internet box it glitches when it works.

Great machine for tight spaces. Built very well and solid.

My husband and I received our ProForm today and he (I assisted a bit) put it together in about 2 hours! Only issue was the tiny screws. They kept falling out of his hands. ha! I have no cartilage in my right knee and had such a difficult time finding equipment that caused no pain. This one?...no pain at all!! LOVE the iFit program. Never seen that before. Makes the workout a lot of fun! Worth paying! Smooth ride and I worked up a sweat in only 20 minutes. Absolutely happy! Pedals are big and roomy. Handles are in check with my height (5’ 6 1/2). THANKS Best Buy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent workout for all levels, and doesnt take up a lot of space

Instructions could be better but overall a good machine and great workout

We got this after all the Covid stuff came up. We cancelled our gym membership and work out at home now. Pretty easy to put together. It will squeak if the bolts aren’t tights or the machine isn’t level.

This is a mixture of a stair climber and elliptical. It is very functional and you get a great work out with it. I love it so far, no complaints.

I wouldn’t recommend this product or brand. Had this elliptical for a year and it broke, it was under manufactures warranty so they sent out a tech to repair. Not even a year later and the same piece broke. Both happened while I was using the machine so I no longer felt safe or comfortable using the equipment and returned it. I don’t think it is made very well which is unfortunate because I liked the concept of combining and elliptical with the stair stepper.

Since the gym is close, the I- fit use of it mimic the intensity of my gym work out. I love it. Easy to use. I wish the laptop holder was included. No area to place even your phone.

Great machine. Very small footprint. You get a quality workout and with iFit you get the motivation to work out and keep going. The one negative is that iFit can be spotty at times and sometimes not available at all.

The only negative I have would be that it really is geared for you to sign up for the monthly Ifit program. Otherwise, I love it, use it every day. It is in my family room, so I have plenty to "look at" while I do my workout

Wife and I use it everyday. It’s unfortunate the iFit doesn’t have specific workouts for this type of elliptical but the elliptical workouts are pretty intense and still worth it
