Works as expected, arrived on time, great condition, and held up great so far. I don't love that so many features are locked behind an Ifit subscription, and I despise that Ifit only offers insanely expensive family memberships through their website and app. After searching awhile, i found a much more reasonably-priced single plan can be found through a third party though.

Could not ask for better for the money. Very pleased with our purchase. Easy to assemble but definitely a job for two.

I bought this product to have a home and work out. The first one came damaged. Call Best Buy and within a week, I had the replacement working properly. The customer service was amazing. Treadmill works excellent.

The treadmill itself is fairly easy to use for a basic workout. Speed and incline are easy to adjust, and I like that the treadmill folds up in case I need to move it. I haven't messed around with all the settings yet and I have not used the Ifit program so I can't speak for that, but you do not need the app to use the treadmill. Took the install guys the better part of an hour to get it put together though, so I would recommend saving yourself the trouble and getting them to do it lol.

Functionally it Works fine for a budget treadmill, but The software is bothersome. It takes awhile to boot up and is constantly trying to sell you the “IFIT” service, which is very overpriced. I also do not like having to make an account and be signed in to a service I do not intend to use, I just want a quick cardio session on the treadmill I bought. It would be nice to just turn it on and go. I have had it for a while now and wouldn’t recommend it unless you intend to use the “ifit”.

I'm loving the ProForm Carbon T7 Smart Treadmill - that HD touchscreen with iFIT workouts is awesome! Putting it together was manageable, and the incline/speed choices rock. The 30-day iFIT Membership is a sweet deal too.

Easy to set up. Love using it - runs great - not too noisy. Mostly use for incline and walking but have done some running on it. Love that i can lift the belt and free up space when not in use

Excellent machine. Incline adjustment makes for a great workout. Trial month gor iFit is great with lots of options. After trial month, has zero guided workouts. If you are not interested in iFit workouts, no use for pricier screen model.

it would have been really helpful if there had been models of different options in the store to try, and if the staff in the store would have been knowledgeable about the treadmills sold by Best Buy. Unfortunately, neither was an option at the store.

I congratulate myself many time for have gotten a BestBuy credit as a very wise decision. And one of those smart decisions was to get my own Treadmill at home, it is there for whenever I have a chance to do some exercise and not longer have to have a gym membership. The ProForm Carbon T7 Smart Treadmill was a great buy for myself.

This treadmill is a great buy. Has multiple speeds and easy to program. Doesn’t take up too much space and fairly easy to move around.

Machine itself working great, but software IFIT is more then aggressive. They cornered MANUAL USE in the way you need glasses to see it, they force me use there software for exercise and I cannot afford it and even I don't want it. So it takes every time about 4 minute for start and even if it stay on from earlier cannot start, and should be turned off and on again what mean another 4 or 5 minutes.

Overall the product is good. I wish there was a cool-down button to slowly stop the machine.

Great house treadmill for walking and running. The 7" touch screen work great and the treadmill is very sturdy.

Waited 4 weeks to have this delivered and installed. Once they left (only built it, not set up, which was supposed to be included), I jumped on eager to try out my shiny new toy. Well not 10 seconds in the belt stopped suddenly almost making both my knees hyperextend. It kept doing it at any speed. This machine is junk! Its beautiful to look at but you should only buy it if you are never gonna use it. I also was suppose to have another delivered and installed with them also taking this ine back. Well, I waited 2 weeks and they called a week before to confirm which I confirmed. On the day I never got a call. My window was 8-12pm. I called at 1045am only find out they hadnt received the product in time for the appointment. When were they going to tell ME? Waisted my time and inconvenienced me for weeks and weeks. They are supposed to come this week to pick it up...guess I shouldnt hold my breath. Crappy product and crappy service. *I purchased this back in July, received it a month later in August and now getting it removed almost another month later in September.

I don’t regret getting this fits nice in the garage n very durable

This product was advertised as being able to connect to my bluetooth heart rate monitor device; to date 3 months, i have been trying to connect to my fit watch it wont work ,it was never disclosed that i had to purchase a separate device to monitor my heart rate. This is a very important part of my training that i miss with this product.

Setup was easy, took an hour. A decent treadmill for home use. Negatives - It would have been better if it had an option to skip the ifit completely, it takes so much time to start a manual workout. The boot up takes solid 5 mins.

Perfect for every day exercise I'm trying to lose the weight after having brain surgery its been great!
