Very Nice machine with a large screen. It can do everything the PRO 9000 for less money. It is very heavy. It took few hours to assemble.

The treadmill maintains a good level of speed. If you are a jogger, you need a treadmill with at least 3.0 CHP and this treadmill maintains a good rate of speed for running. The treadmill has a motor cover that breaks rather easily under stress, but it still runs fine.

So far so good. The free membership is insanely expensive for some video streams that freeze up or lag behind. Had to restart a couple times. Assembly is tough, but manageable.

I searched awhile for a new treadmill and decided on the ProForm 5000. ProForm now has a 2000 which replaced the 5000 but it is virtually the same machine for the same price. I think this has a slightly larger motor but the size and capabilities are the same. Both ProForm and Best Buy offer free shipping but I bought from BB because I wanted the delivery, installation and removal which I eventually cancelled because all they could offer was the service 6 weeks after the arrival of the treadmill....so we painstakingly did it all ourselves. It is a very heavy piece of equipment and we were placing it on a second floor so that took 3 people. The assembly was 4 hrs and you definitely need 2 people. The reason it took so long was that screws didn't fit the holes that were predrilled in several places so we had to improvise. Honestly was a nightmare for us but it's up and running. I'm impressed with the 14" touch screen , the bluetooth speakers and the cushioned deck. The motor is super quiet and smooth. We are not using iFit but on this machine it's not a problem at all like the reviews I read from others. When you start the machine it gives you an option to set up an account for iFit or manual mode. Maybe this is because it is a version before they made iFit necessary to start the programs? It does have wifi but that only works with iFit. The bluetooth works with my music apps on my phone as well as video audio but not phone audio. I LOVE the 14" touch screen and monitor set up. The fan is positioned lower than on my Horizon treadmill so I can actually feel it better. So far no complaints & I am truly enjoying this treadmill. It's a solid machine, great running deck and quiet. Perfect for home use. A side note: Best Buy's delivery guys were awesome!!

I’ll start off by saying that the treadmill has been great BUT….delivery was promised, and per the disclaimer, it stated that the delivery would be made to a house of no more than 2 floors in stairs. When the delivery guys showed up they stated that they would not bring it up one flight of stairs. I pointed out the “up to two floors” mention and they said they still wouldn’t. I had two choices…to have the box left downstairs, and I would have to figure it out OR they took it back, reschedule delivery and come with a team of 4 men. I told them I would help and they said that because of liability issues, they could not. I then told them we could disassemble the box and bring up part by part, thus much lighter…and again they refused. Mind you the delivery did not even bring an appliance dolly which is a standard tool of the trade. They were ill equipped. I finally, reluctantly told them to leave downstairs and I opened the box and my young DAUGHTER and I brought it upstairs. Clearly the delivery service is worthless and I’ll equipped and yes, Best Buy should know about it because when I kept stating what delivery was promised, the delivery service said that THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. Shameful!

Been using this for 3 years now and it helps me build up my running for my marathon

I ordered the treadmill in early August and did not receive it until mid September. This was supposed to be a week delivery at the most but ended up being a 6-8 week delivery. Once the installation crew completed the set up, it was good to go. I have no complaints about the equipment. I like it with and without the iFit membership.

Easy to use. It don't need three prescription in order to use the treadmill.

Very solid treadmill. We're using the one month free ifit and loving it so far.

Overall this treadmill is not work the price for several reasons. One, first one that was delivered was damage, second reason is that installing this was very hard to put the preinstall screws. lastly after several hours putting this together, it does not perform for the cost of what I paid for.

This loses stars for inconsistency. The iFit app has been a pain. It does not work consistently. I have had to replace the console and the new console continues to lose connection to the internet. There is nothing worse than getting all ready to run, only to have that ruined by iFit connectivity issues. I have called Best Buy customer support, but the treadmill is still under manufacture’s warranty. I cannot use the Geek Squad Protection plan I purchased until this warranty expires. Another reason to rate the product low. If I pay for a three year Geek Squad protection plan, I expect it to begin immediately, not after the first year. So it’s really a two year Geek Squad protection plan, not three. When the console is working properly, the machine works great! That has been a rare occurrence. I am hoping with a firmware update these issues will cease. However, my Proform remains up to date, so it’s unlikely this will solve these issues.

Very easy to put together. Extra set of hands definitely helps. 6'2" at 275 and it still handles me just fine. Love the ifit membership that comes with it. Hikes in the highlands, to beachside runs or creating a run through a childhood neighborhood on google maps. This thing is awesome. Only downside would be that the fans don't really aim up high for us taller guys. Other than that, This is my go to cardio machine. Speakers are great at blasting the music for the home gym as well even when it is not in use.

Easy to assemble (took me and a friend about 3 hours). Very sturdy machine even at the highest incline. Really enjoying the iFit videos. Overall very happy with my purchase.

My husband and I love this treadmill. He put it together. There were some bumps, but following the video with 3D pictures helped greatly. A 1 year I-fit subscription came with it which we researched and wanted to give it a try. The trainers have been awesome and I feel I get exposure to places I might not ever see. Exercising is not boring and has stayed fresh. I love the incline and decline that automatically adjusts with the workouts, but can adjust it to my pace. I have done some walking, but my husband runs/jogs. We aren’t training for a marathon, so this has been perfect for us to improve our fitness. We have not had any technical issues yet after almost daily use with 2 people for 3 weeks. We did see other reviews of people having trouble with incline and mechanical difficulties. So far so good. Very happy with this purchase so far.

Great treadmill and we love iFIT. The screen is massive and the machine is fantastic. One possible flaw. I’m not sure if it’s intentional but sometimes there’s a skip in the belt especially when incline is declining; not sure how to explain it but maybe it’s the non-slip function I’m not used to.

Good product. Folding it up could be easier. Very quiet.
