Great treadmill screen is big speaker are loud!

It stopped working after 7 months. I only use it about once every week or so. I can't believe I got tricked by this. I got on the treadmill and the iFit program malfunctioned, so the whole system is shut down. I assume the actual motor works, but can't bypass iFit, which is not working. I'm so frustrated. I recommend that people don't buy this or buy the max warranty. iFit will eventually break or even become obsolete. I don't know what to do now. I need a treadmill!

Treadmill comes with a year of iFit which is a plus. Height of incline is not as expected and I wish it would increase to a greater degree. Screen is large and user friendly. Treadmill size is very comparable to the ones in a gym and has a fan on the unit which helps tremendously for those sweaty workouts. Overall a good purchase for the cost.

Absolutely love this treadmill!! I love that I can have all my goals set up right on the screen and the speaker on it is amazing! I also love how it comes with ifit and you can track your progress and runs as well as make them fitting to your goals

Good treadmill but not certain that it is worth the high cost for basic use. The programs require a costly monthly/yearly membership subscription. Recommend if willing to pay for membership or instead purchase a basic treadmill. No assistance with programing setup!

Was shipped without a bolt we needed but they sent it out as soon as I called. We have a hard surface floor so needed to get a mat for under it to absorb the shock a little. Works great. The screen is great quality.

replaced an equivalent 15 year old Proform which lasted with multiple users, time to replace. Hopefully this will last as long. Only reason for 4 stars is that the fit and finish ais not nearly as good as the prior unit. This, is of course, made in China, not sure where the prior Proform was made.

Great treadmill and for a great price on sale during Labor Day weekend. This model has a lot of features that my old treadmill didn’t. I love it and recommend it highly.

I’ve only had this treadmill for a week, and I’m loving it. It runs smooth and quiet, the quick touch buttons and touchscreen monitor are very convenient. The best purchase I’ve made this year.

So far, so good. I’m impressed with this treadmill. The motor seams strong, even for my 250 lbs. frame. The screen is clear and the speakers work fine. It’s wide enough to not feel cramped. The packaging was sturdy and it only took my about 1.5 hours to put together (and I was been careful to follow the instructions). Overall I’m glad I purchased it. Time will tell how the motor holds up, but for now I’m impressed.

If you're looking for a good, reliable treadmill but don't want to spend a fortune, I recommend the Proform Pro 5000. It has a maximum speed of 12 miles per hour and inclines from -3% to 12% Incline. It runs quietly. The belt is wide, so you can walk or run without stepping off to the side. Besides that, it boasts a 20" display with easy-to-read numbers and controls that are responsive. I've had mine for almost six months now and use it five times a week without any issues.

Great "bang for the buck". Really like this system. Very smooth and quiet. It can be a handful to assemble but with two folks not horrible. Love the iFIT and the FOC 12 months Family Membership.

Love the treadmill, awesome so far with iFit. BUT! DON"T try and get this bad boy home and in your house without a few extra people - crazy big box (too long for my 4Runner) and crazy heavy too. Delivery would have been a waaaaaaaay better way to go.

I've had it for a couple weeks now and I love it. I've used it almost every day. The ifit program is great too. It wasn't terrible to assemble but definitely takes two people for the last part.

I've need to replace the circuit board, motor, roller, and now walking platform (which will have taken 6 weeks to get). Awful product

Very solid treadmill, we use it in manual mode without iFit but there are many great features. Delivery was prompt and satisfactory. Great deal on pre holiday pricing too!

We’d been wanting a treadmill with newer technology for quite awhile. This one met all of our expectations and the price was right. It has proven to exceed our expectations

If I could give this zero stars I would. The reviews were good so I purchased this product. Best Buy rescheduled my delivery 4 times. They have a 15 day return policy! If it had been deliver when it was supposed to it would have been assembled and retuned within days. However, my husband was working out of town when they finally delivered the machine. So by the time it was assembled the 15 days had passed. Mind you if we’d spent 1 more penny we would have had 30 days to return, but Best Buy refused the return and escaped my complaint, someone was supposed to call me back from the escalation department, but that never happened. The problem with the machine is it simply doesn’t work if the ifit app isn’t working. I have reached out to Proform 3 times and to ifit more times then I remember. No one has contacted me back. So we spent nearly $1700 on a treadmill that we can’t use. Sometimes the machine will power on and you can use it, but expect the app to crash several times during your work out…that is if you are patient enough to wait the 30 minutes to an hour for the machine to boot up and power on. I’d be totally fine with the machine if you could just turn it on and use it without the ifit program, however that is not an option! The Best Buy truck also left a huge oil stain in our driveway and a tiny piece of plastic was broken off of the bottom of the machine when unpacking! So make sure you confirm delivery date as your return time is limited.

So far so good. Not planning to purchase their fitness program so wish that their manual operations included more workout routines.

This is one of the worst purchases I’ve made! I had a Proform treadmill for close to 15 years that had great performance and options. It broke after move so we decided to go with Proform again this year. Terrible! It’s loud and noisy and squeaky when you run at any pace faster than 2.5! The screen doesn’t turn off AT ALL!!! At all times it’s on sucking power and glowing! The screen then freezes if the treadmill is not used regularly (which of course we don’t) and the only way to reset it is to unplug the entire machine! There is no off switch for the screen. It’s cumbersome! It doesn’t fold down as much as my much older clunky treadmill from the early 2000s! The user interface is defaulted to their Nordictrac interface and difficult and obscure to just do a manual workout! And, Customer service is a joke! Hate it! Will probably lose all my money trying to sell it on the secondary market.
