This treadmill has given me so many issues and neither ProForm themselves nor Best Buy gave me ANY assistance with the exception of advising me to call each other... I do not recommend this treadmill or this distributor.

I love this treadmill ! I have been using it everyday since I received it ! I’m a female and I assembled it by myself even though it suggest 2 person assembly. It was tough but totally doable alone . The screws in the hand rail didn’t want to come out but I used wd40 on them and they came out quite easily! Definitely worth investing in !

I am very happy with this treadmill. I had a Proform previously and it was still working after 15 years. It was just time for a newer machine. This is exactly what I was looking for and I love the Ifit program.

So far so good. The treadmill is good builds quality, not too difficult to assemble. IFit is amazing and very motivating. This model does have a 14” screen which is nice but it doesn’t tilt a great deal. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase!

We love our treadmill. I had ordered a Peloton, but returned it after the first use because it wasn't particularly comfortable, especially for the price. The Pro 5000 is a great machine, and I am so happy I decided to give it a try. The free year of iFit is an excellent bonus.

I’ve had the treadmill for a week & it has been working very well. Love the ifit interface, which keeps the workouts interesting. The treadmill has a powerful motor for the price & Best Buy gave the best deal at the time I bought it.

So far the treadmill and complementary one year iFIT membership has been great! The treadmill moves smoothly and is very responsive to speed and elevation changes. Just what I need to remain active on excessively cold and rainy days. So far, extremely pleased with purchase.

I like the treadmill BUT was very unhappy that I missed the cutoff date for the discounted price ( by a couple of days) and you would not extend it for me. Poor form on your part..Not good public relations. But it gives me a story to tell. 8-(

We use our treadmill all the time. Having IFit is definitely a game changer! The trainers help encourage you and the sceneries are always changing. I've previously owned several treadmills and I can honestly say this Proform is the best.

This is perfect for what we needed to keep our walking routine during the summer session when it’s too hot to walk outside. Great any time to take a quick walk or do a full workout. Fits well in a small bedroom with plenty of room for a full size bed if you fold it up.

Love this treadmill. There were so many options, imo this particular model offered the best features for the best price. The screen size is perfect, love the fan and bonus it came with a year subscription to iFit

Fantastic treadmill! All the features I was looking for! IFIT is awesome and the whole family is using the treadmill! I’m a runner so I needed a larger motor. The 5000 easily matches my pace at 8. I could not be happier with this treadmill!

Great treadmill for the price. The only thing I was disappointed in was no handle heart monitor. I guess I just read it wrong. but other than that I love it. Dont hesitate if you can get this on sale grab it!!!

Got treadmill delivered in February, within a couple of months, the treadmill started to creak while in use. Progressively this noise got worse. Best Buy told me to contact Proform directly. I did, and got hung up on by their agent. I just called again today, they refused to send out a tech because I couldn't troubleshoot the hardware myself, and when I asked to speak to a manager, I got hung up on again. Bad product and bad customer service.
