The heat feature doesn’t heat well, massagers barely work. And if you were trying to get this as a gift, Best Buy thinks it’s a great idea to send the package out so it’s visible for everyone to know what is in your box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not really what I expected , the heat setting wasn't working and the massage part wasn't doing the trick on my back .
