I cannot say enough about the Mac warranty. Apple has gone WAY above and beyond when repairing and even replacing my defective or acting up Mac products. Even when the warranty has expired, Apple has thrice repaired and twice replaced products that they warranties. This is the ONLY tech warranty I buy.

Being that this is or was my first Apple I wanted some type of protection so I purchased the apple care program. I couldn't be more happier with the apple customer service . The customer care people are knowledgeable and very helpful and even call the next day to see if everything is working properly.

I am very happy with the purchase of the three year warranty through Geek Squad. I actually used it one month after I purchased it because the issues that are affecting some Windows 10 users affected me as well. Geek Squad corrected the problem and I am so grateful I had the tech support!

Even if you get an additional year of protection if you buy with an American Express credit card, I think it is worth the price to get the 3rd year of protection with Apple Care. I always buy Apple Care for items over $500 to save money. You can get repairs at any Apple store and support too.

Bought the protection plan for piece of mind. Apple is a good product but everything is so expensive its a great plan.

I got the AppleCare from Best Buy after serious consideration and a reasonable price which was what I exactly wanted. I am comfortable in knowing that my computer, that I have spent a lot on, will be protected for a few years to come. I am happy for my purchase and I would recommend.

I get AppleCare on all of my Apple products mainly because they're so dang expensive to repair if you ever need to. And even though I have rarely had to use it, when I have Apple has been awesome taking care of the problem (especially if you visit the genius bar at one of the stores.)

So far I have found apple care worth the money. When I first got home I thought...what did I just spend $250 extra on??? But when I have had questions they have been very helpful. This is great because I don't feel I am on my own figuring out all of the new features on my computer.

I purchase Apple Care for all my Apple products not only for the obvious reasons for warantee purposes (laptops are fragile) but mostly for the best and easiest customer care in the industry. Apple agents don't talk down to their customers but communicate so that those of us who are not experts really understand our problems. One ability they are trained in is to summarize your explanations succinctly which cuts down on the frustration levels that customers experience.

Having insurance for this computer is really goos you never know when accidents will happen i really recommend it

Having owned a number of Macs, I can vogue for the benefits of AppleCare. Typically there's something that goes awry after the free Apple warranty that requires a call in to AppleCare. Can't imagine not getting this...would be like buying a brand new car without auto insurance.

I highly suggest always getting AppleCare Protection! Esp. if you have little kids, you never know if milk is gonna spill your way...in this case, I was able to get a new laptop and never skip a beat! Also,if you have tech problems you can give them a ring and always get help.

Definitely worth the price. Will extend the warranty. As far as I know does not cover accidental damage

With any Apple product over $500, buying the extended service warranty, is not only worth it, it is essential! You essentially ensure your device for three years, which is something in the days of built in obsolescence we are in these days. The most important thing is to USE the extended service. Each year, even if the system is still behaving normally, take it in for a quick check-up and diagnostic. I found I would always walk out with a new battery, or charging cable for my efforts, and piece of mind I had forced myself to back up my system, and all was ship-shape. ALSO, I find it the one few perks of Apple these days, that all over the country and in other countries, if you do have an issue, with the warranty, all you have to do is walk into any store and they take care of you. Trust me, it was helpful in my student days, when I lived in a few different countries!

The peace of mind and great coverage are well worth the price. I have a local Apple store and they can service it. I learned my lesson when my iPad Air 2's screen cracked and I didn't buy the Apple Care. It's 3 times more expensive just to replace it once. Well worth it.

This was my second apple purchase; the first was my new MacBook Air. I have been using the apple care plan constantly. These folks are smart, patient, and helpful. Did I say patient? I actually called them on the first day. Do not buy a new product without this plan.

My daughter is a high school senior and will be taking her MacBook with her to college next year. The 3-year Apple protection gives me the peace of mind to know if something happens she can get her computer repaired at a Best Buy near her at little to no expense.

This AppleCare Protection Plan for Mac gives us Peace of Mind and Perfect for our MacBook Pro. No need to waste time and job delay in case something went wrong with it. For we know that we will be in good hands with the professional job that Apple will render us.
