Its a little over the top with the action but still is fun.

good action, not better than the first Punisher movie.

War Zone goes a little over the top with the acting.

It's a flat interpretation of the Frank Castle mythos. No real intensity, just pointless violence. The first movie was much better with both the anti-hero & villain having more gravitas

The first film with Thomas Jane and John Travolta was so much better. This one is very disappointing. I didn't even finish it. It was too painful to watch.

The Punisher is one of my favorite Marvel characters. However I wish they would have done a better job with this follow up from the first movie.

It wasn't as emotional as the first movie. It was just about killing people.

A low budget train wreck, but the campy villian is enjoyable.

There is so much blood in this movie that it makes movies like 30 days of night seem suitable for small children. The storyine is more or less appropriately addressed, but it doesn't address how he met other characters like micro (who is a huge aid to the punisher in the comics). Jigsaw (the bad guy) wasn't all that hardcore as they should have made him, and I'm not talking about his looks. They should have made him more sinister (Jigsaw). It's not as good as iron man, but I would definately say it is better than the previous punisher.

I've never seen such a perfect embodiment of the Frank Castle in my life.This was the Punisher movie that true fans were waiting for.This is sure to be a cult classic for years to come.I recommended this movie to a few of my coworkers and it absolutley blew there minds.Ray Stevens presents and good acting was just beyond perfect for this role,this man IS the Punisher.I've been a comicbook fan for years and I'm so glad that they finally gotten it right this time.Sure some people make comparisons to the first two Punisher films but the reason for this is that alot of them know nothing about the Punisher.The plot might have been a little then, but don't watch this movie expecting another Dark Knight.Frank Castle is a vigilante killing machine with no light at the end of his tunnel that blow deserving criminals to smithereens.

Product is advertised as having two discs--- I picked mine up and it is only one. The movie delivers what you want if you're a fan of the modern Punisher, that is, like the obviously advertised Marvel Knights Punisher. It's brutal, over the topic and funny, like a COMIC BOOK. I don't know what people expected, but I wanted a sequel.

Great picture and sound,this film starts over and has a new origin told in flashbacks (the original origin from the comics).This is a Punisher who has been at it for years and is a brutal force.If you like the MAX comics you will love this and if you don't like comics no worries this is a straight foward tale anyone can follow.I almost gave this a miss because I stopped reading comics but I heard and read good things about it and am more than glad I got this.I think this is one fo thoes gems that sliped by the mainstream due to poor trailer structure and advertising.Highly recommended!!

This third entry into the Punisher movies is a Winner! For all those who are familiar with the Punisher AKA Frank Castle you will not be dissapointed - NON STOP ACTION TO THE HILT! Great metal soundtrack as well. I saw the film at my local movie movie theatre when it opened, and I will be the first one at your store to buy it when it comes out on DVD shortly. Cannot wait! Welcome back Frank!

Im tired of people tryin to say this movie suxs and you shouldnt check it out. This is an all out action movie, stop tryin to look deeper beyond that. Ray Stevenson is coo as the Punisher...CHECK THIS MOVIE OUT!!!!!!

Finally a Punisher movie that is about the PUNISHER and not the actor playing him. Plenty of criminals dying. Two great co-stars from SMITH & WESSON, TWIN SMITH & WESSON 500 MAGNUMS. Do the crime then either do the time or the Punisher will make you do it in H*LL! I got it on sale for $12.99 + tax. Great price. $29.99 is too much for BluRay. I love the movie on my surround sound system. Gunshots all over the room.

Yes not thomas jane but still a good movie and how punisher should look and wont be woke like the newer logo coming out and the comics and a newer movie if that happens

This movie has action gore exploding everywhere. This is what you wanted The Expendables to be. A real R rated movie, huge body count, and top notch violence you will be shocked passed the censor board. If you liked Dredd or The Raid just blind buy this. You will be so glad you did when your friends jaws hit the floor.

MY SON AND I LOVED THIS MOVIE FROM THE MINUTE IT STARTED! LIKE EARLIER REVIEWS POINTED OUT, THIS IS THE PUNISHER THAT TRUE COMIC FANS LOVE...BLOOD, GUTS AND ACTION!! WE LIKED THOMAS JANE'S VERSION BUT THIS RAY GUY IS THE PUNISHER!! CAN'T WAIT FOR THE SEQUEL...GOOD TIMES!

The Punisher War Zone was a great movie for all guys who just want to see stuff blow up & lots of death.
