Missing piece too good 1 of the tiles

Pretty good fire pit. However, when I was done constructing it and putting the tiles in place, 1 of the tiles fell right through. There was definitely a piece missing that holds the tile from falling. Now I have 1 tile spot missing. Otherwise it is nice to have a little fire in it on a cold night. I'm not taking it apart and putting it back in the box to return it. So I will get as much use out of it as I can. It did come with a screen, a poker, and extra tiles.

It’s very useful and keeps a nice flame going. We love using it. Only thing is that I wish the tiles would somehow stick instead of them just be slided in.

Disappointing fire pit for first time buyer

Couldn’t use yet because the box came with the missing bolts, wrench, and lid ring. I call Best Buy customer service and the person I spoke with told me to contact the manufacturer. I tried to contact the manufacturer but there are no phone numbers and the only option is email contact. In the question where did you purchased this product? There are several store listed but no Best Buy. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. I checked online to purchase the missing parts but unable to order them.
