We ordered this electric nail trimmer and we received a hair curling iron instead. The included invoice listed the proper item but the wrong item was sent. I took the curling iron to a local Best Buy store for return or replacement with the proper item but they could/would not help me as the item was sold through Best Buy by a third party. So I packaged the hair curler up and returned it by FedEx, was hoping to arrange for an exchange for what we actually ordered but got a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
