I’m a big fan of the Meta Quest, and the Quest 3 takes things to the next level. It features a sharper display, a wider field of view, and adjustable IPD, making the experience incredibly immersive and fun. The graphics are stunning, and the level of detail in every game I’ve played is seriously impressive. One of the coolest features is the dedicated “Theater Mode,” which transforms any space into your own personal cinema. It’s perfect for watching movies, and you can stream from popular services like Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, and Prime Video right from the browser. That said, the Quest 3 is on the pricey side, and the storage capacity feels a bit limited for the cost. Plus, the amount of mixed reality content available still leaves a lot to be desired.

The Meta Quest 3 is a great VR headset that’s easy to use and learn and it’s packed with amazing features. It’s faster, has better graphics, and a sharper display than previous models. The slimmer and lighter design makes it more comfortable to wear, and the controllers are easier to hold and use and have a good long battery life. The cool mixed reality feature lets you blend virtual stuff with the real world, making it more fun and interactive. It has tons of games and apps, works with older Quest 2 content, and doesn’t need a PC or extra equipment. The big improvements make it worth it for anyone into VR or interested in learning

I have had both the quest 3 and Vision Pro for a few months now. Let me make this easy for you, unless you work full time as a programmer/content creator , developer, etc. and are married to the Mac OS, you will actually get more use and have more fun with the quest 3 So if you’re trying to get into VR or had questions about it and thought it might be kind of interesting a few years ago like I was, I think this is the best introduction experience that you can get at a reasonable price. With the recent technological advances and price Reduction due to competition m, this $500 headset can do some pretty amazing things that were not available just a few years ago and cost way more. My brother has been staying at my place for the last two weeks and he agrees that even if they cost the same amount of money and he could only have one he would choose the quest 3z In fact, although there may be some performance metrics that the Apple Vision Pro is better at there are still so many features and games/experiences that are available on quest and not the Apple vision that you can actually end up doing a lot more. Also, the addition of the controllers is extremely convenient for quick navigation and use . If you have the extra cash, I highly recommend investing in the extended battery set up and head strap. This extra feature truly sets the quest apart from the Apple Vision Pro in the ease of use without some weird cable, sticking out from the side of head. Also, the reasonable price of $500 and The lack of really expensive glass that is easily damaged makes you feel a lot more carefree without being terrified of damaging a 4000 dollar device .

Awesome Graphics and games. The battery life is about 2.5 hrs but you can get the aftermarket strap w charger and 2 extra batteries to play all day. We love it.

I picked this up for iRacing to get better SIM Racing immersion, it was the right move. It did take some software adjustments to get just right, and a powerful GPU to look sharp, but Quest 3 is a game changer for SIM racing! I did play Resident Evil and some other Mixed reality games as well, and I would say the quality of the Quest 3 makes the experience far less gimmicky and provides a good experience compared to the Quest 2 and other VR headsets. Very usable and comfortable!

My 10 year old son is absolutely obsessed with this!! For a kid that has ADHD it’s a godsend!

I like that I can use my headset for basically anything. It’s unfortunate that games that are pc exclusive can’t be used with this naturally, but it fortunately gives you the tools with this device to access those games if you have a pc.(perhaps other console games as well) Furthermore you also have your own browser which means you can use the internet. That consist of basically anything you want but to list off a few examples, it means you can access websites such as “Netflix”, “Youtube”, “Hbo”, “TikTok”, and all your favorite social media websites. It’s pretty convenient to be able to have my own private theater, and with “mixed reality” mode its gives you another level of convenience. With just a press of a button you can see a screen the size of a 80 inch tv and cook food with no problem seeing what you’re doing; truly innovating to say the least.

Recently, my 10-year-old son accidentally broke his VR controller. Fortunately, I had purchased Best Buy’s protection plan, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the customer service team was professional, courteous, and efficient. The claim was processed quickly, and the replacement was handled without any hassle. What could have been a stressful and expensive issue was resolved with ease. This experience reaffirmed the value of Best Buy’s protection plan. It not only saved money but also provided peace of mind and ensured my son could continue enjoying his VR without interruption. The Meta Quest 3 is an amazing upgrade — lighter, faster, and the mixed reality looks incredible. The visuals are super sharp and the experience feels way more immersive than before. Totally worth it!

Nice graphics, excellent games but be aware if you get motion sickness. You need to get easy games.

Love mine. I bought the 512gb one and it’s plenty of space. I did upgrade the head strap though, the one it comes with is pitiful. Also upgraded to the silicon face plate. To be honest at the price you pay that stuff should come standard. Overall it’s a lot of fun for the family.

The MQ3 has great graphics and controls for VR but not suire if its for me. This is my first VR unit and while it is very cool and way better than i was expecting i found a few things that i dont like. The first is the headset comfort. It is lighter than expected and the weight is not an issue but no matter what headstrap/mount i use my face hurts after about 35 mins and then i start to feel sick. The second is related to overall VR gaming, i tend to casually game at the end of my day (work+gym) or when i am sick and on the couch. I have found that i dont really want to put a VR headset on and move around a bunch at these times and would rather just use my PC which has better resolution and graphics.

Out of this world, there's a reason why they call it VR. THANKS BEST BUY!!! ^⁠_⁠^

This is a great productivity tool for someone who would like to work in a virtual environment. I know this is a gaming platform, but I primarily use it for school classes and productivity in a virtual environment as a OTR trucker to feel like my environment is more comfortable so I can be more productive. I also think VR mods are really cool and would recommend to Portal 2, Red dead redemption, and cyberpunk 2077 in VR

I love the quest 3. I owned a quest 2 for around 2.5 years, and it was really good for the price, but started degrading recently, making a replacement or headset upgrade imminent. I saved up for it and was not disappointed. I went with the 512 gb, since 64 gb has been an issue with me when it came to the quest 2. Always out of storage. The 512 gb is super nice since mods and games/apps take up small amounts when compared to the high amounts of storage you have. The graphics are better on games with the graphic updates, due to the lens having more pixels per eye, and the processor is able to handle a lot more, making once laggy or low fps situations almost non existent compared to the quest 3. I think the headset is great due to the price and high quality. Plus meta has great customer support/service

I had been on the fence for Quest 3 since I have the Quest 2 already. I feel it is faster and the clarity is better in the lenses. Although slimmer I feel it still weighs about the same as Quest 2. The fit is nice especially with my aftermarket elite strap with battery. I was going back and forth between 128GB vs 512GB and glad I chose the 512GB for the space. Some of the newer games are PC game size in terms of storage. It's a shame they did not offer 256GB version as well. In terms of value I give it only 4 stars because it's pricy for the 512GB and when you start adding accessories, it gets even pricier. The controllers are nice but they feel small to me. But glad they removed the ring. Overall happy with the purchase especially since got the Wrath game for FREE and 6 months of Meta Quest subscription with the 512GB version which is a great deal IMO since you get 2 FREE games per month.

Very happy with this purchase. The graphics are fantastic and exceed my expectations. My only gripe is the battery life.
