I've been using Quicken for years now and up until recently it has worked with all my financial institutions very well. Currently, there seems to be an issue with data being passed along by Fidelity and received by Quicken. While I believe I've found a workaround (not a 1 time thing), it is an annoyance and I won't know how my workaround will be impacted by any future fix by either company. I still like Quicken and plan on sticking with it with hopes they resolve the issue. Just thought people should know that as hard as they may try, Quicken can't quickly adapt to changes financial institutions make to the data they push out to them. My current rating reflects the current difficulty I'm having with Quicken. Previously, I've given it a higher rating. And I would still recommend it to someone who I think would be able to play with it and find workarounds like I did.

I have been using Quicken Premier as my financial software for several years. I upgraded from the Deluxe version, since this one has better support for investments, especially when importing the data into TurboTax. Using this product makes my personal financial record keeping much easier than I could without it.

Been buying Quicken for years and years. Wonderful way to keep track and organize finances. Particularly wonderful at tax time. I buy mine at tax time and it's usually on a great sale special this time of year.

Annual subscription prices are becoming quite expensive. Although, caught a good deal at BB, which helped. Adding another year with the key code was simple and fast. Was expecting to receive a CD-ROM as the description said "physical software" and NOT "download software.

This item was exactly as described. Worked fine as a renewal for an existing account. Sale price was was best I could find. 1 year subscription added days to my existing subscription. UPS did not do a great job on this (but I can't blame Best Buy for this). Box with a piece of cardboard with an activation code was held up for "government agency" for several days,

Still a good product, though paying through the nose for a yearly subscription is onerous. Luckily Best Buy had a deal this year.

First time using premier as we have been on deluxe mostly since we started using in 1992. Program runs smooth but haven’t seen anything dramatic that changed but still early in using it.

Quicken is the only complete program for following banking, investments, and other financial information. I have been using Quicken for over 20 years. I'm not a fan of the yearly subscription service, but it does save me time and keeps me up to date on all of my finances.

I bought this to renew my Quicken software for another year. Much cheaper to buy this than to let Quicken update you. Quick and easy to buy and to activate the software for another year.

Great product, which is very easy to use. Good customer support as I had a connectivity problem about a month ago.

I purchased Quicken during a Black Friday promotion, and the product itself is excellent. Unfortunately, Best Buy’s overseas customer support was extremely frustrating. FedEx delivered my package to an unknown address. When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and said they would attempt to locate it. After a week, they canceled and refunded my order without notifying me. When I called back and explained that I still wanted the product, I was told to repurchase it—but they refused to honor the original Black Friday price. There was no way to contact corporate, and support would not escalate the issue. Out of frustration, I emailed the CEO directly and, surprisingly, received a call back. While the issue was eventually resolved, the amount of time and energy required was unacceptable and not something I will ever get back.

Great price for Quicken, the product is solid and not perfect but gets the job done keep me in check with my investments, bills with a quick look into my finances

I have used Quicken for years and never had any issues when registering it through Quicken when I purchased it from a big box store and not from Quicken. This time was a terribly hard process it wouldn't register at all. I even attempted to return it to my local Best Buy store but was told by the manager they wouldn't take it back since it was a subscription product. So I called Quicken and was on the phone for over an hour finally they were able to activate it for me. Needless to say next year I'll be purchasing it through Quicken.

They still have to make it perfect - it still crashes at times.

I'm happy with this product. I've used Quicken to track my income and expenses since 1988 and I think it's the best financial software on the market. I hate the fact that it's now a subscription software, but Best Buy had the very best price to renew my subscription.
