I've been using Quicken for many years and find it very useful in managing my savings, checking and investments. While it is fairly easy to set up, not all investment information can be downloaded automatically. That may not be the fault of Quicken since some financial institutions may not allow Quicken to have access but it does make it a little more cumbersome to keep information up to date. Also, not a big fan of Quickens subscription service which requires you to buy a new subscription every year to ensure that you can download financial information on a daily basis. While the subscription also ensures you have the latest program, in previous years I would only update my program every 2 years. The reports you can generate from Quicken can prove very helpful especially during tax season. Overall, I believe Quicken is a good product which provides a very nice place for me to consolidate and maintain my financial information.

I've used Quicken since it 1st came out. This version is very similar to previous versions but it has a problem in the investment section. I experienced numerous corruption errors in the historic price quotes section. I first noticed it when I couldn't update end of month prices to balance with account statements. I finally found information online concerning how to correct the problems by giving each stock a fictitious symbol such as ZZZZZ, tell the program to erase historic quotes, correct the symbol and rerun historic price quote updates. You have to do this one stock at a time for all stocks with problems. It works but the online help is hard to find and it's time consuming. It handles basic daily activities such as checking and credit card transactions but investment area leaves me frustrated.

I purposely bought the physical disk (call me old fashion!) and when I installed I kept getting error messages. Had to contact Quicken and after several attempts to fix determined that there was a problem with the disk (the agent implied that there had been known problems). I had to provide proof of purchase and they provided me a download version. Everything fine since. So much for holding on to a physical disk!

I bought this soley to use for a non profit business account. Great ability to simply transaction names and to creat reports on a monthly basis.

I find that Quicken is very good at keeping my financial information in a timely way which is very helpful in keeping me on track and reaching financial goals. Would recommend Quicken highly.

I upgraded from a 2016 version and bought this rather than the online version as the online version is only good for one year. It looks.like this may only be good for one year as well. Product works well. I have used Quicken for years to track my finances.

I have been using quicken for many years. The geek squad recently put this on my Mac and transferred all quicken data from my Sony. Fun way to keep track of your investments.

Software continues to provide a solid platform for managing finances. Easy to use.

I have used this program for probably 15+ years and it works well for my needs. Helps to keep up with what an investment advisor is doing or wanting to do.

Some features missing compared to PC version but still worth using to organize your financial info

Some different features from Quicken Essentials. Required some research/collaboration to understand them.

some accounts not on the list for updates, never used that feature in previous versions so took some time to set things up to use all the features available
