Then received an email that my money could not be refunded. I tried checking my statement and the money wasn't refunded. I have yet to go to the store to try to get refunded. I even opened the package in the best buy store because when I received the package it made noise like it was broken. I don't u seat and why they did not refund me.

The smallest platter i've ever seen!

I wouldn't call it a platter, it's more of a small rectangular plate, it's smaller than your dinner plate. I would not buy this again.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At the time of purchase, specs nor reviews were stated but purchased anyways because it was a deal of the day offer for $12 instead of $40. I figured her products would be of good quality and a nice piece to add over the holidays. But when my package arrived, the platter was smaller than I expected...I was disappointed. It's more for appetizers rather than something you could really use as a family side for Thanksgiving. Otherwise, I think it has a very nice glaze finish and has a bit of weight to it. Being able to keep it in the oven on less than 250° might be nice to keep sides warm... But I don't think it's worth keeping if you can manage using something else. Unfortunately, item is going back. I think I could do better for about the same price with the same benefits... Maybe just use a regular plate! Lol
