I've had my controller for about a month and so far it has worked very well. I had a small issue when hooking up the wiring from my old manual controller because the directions in the manual didn't give me the exact wiring details I needed, but that was quickly remedied when I asked my neighbor to show me a picture of his wiring hookup. The app works great; it's done a good job so far "skipping" a scheduled watering using the weather data. Occasionally I'll use the manual skip if I think it could go another couple days without watering following rainfall earlier in the week. But, the app is easy to use and understand.

Have six zones. Was easy to set up and adjust water times as needed. Great product.

I set this sprinkler system up and since then we have been saving so much water. It tells you your previous water consumption and your current saved. My grass is still green and it helps knowing were helping save water for the environment. It knows when it rained and what the weather forecast is so that it knows when to go off and if a certain part of grass doesnt get wet enough it waters just that section. Its pretty cool.

Love my Rachio. I like that it will skip watering when it's been raining, and how I can change the water times from my phone remotely. I would always forget how to use the old timer I had. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the app should be much more 'intuitive'. I also don't like that once you've spent the time to enter a program it can't easily be modified, such that you often have to delete it and start over again. But love having the 'smart' controller.

I have now used this product at 2 of my homes. Personally there is not a big difference between the 1.0 and 2.0 models. The 1.0 model is 75 - 100 bucks difference and does the same exact thing as the 2.0 model. Either way this product saves you money!!!

What a smart product. Well worth the price. Really easy to install (which was my biggest hesitation about buying it). Works great and their customer service is excellent if you have any questions once you purchase and sign up.

This thing is great. Connects to WiFi to get local weather and can be controlled fro anywhere. Lets you setup custom schedules easily and adjusts due to weather. Rachio support is great and it has a great community
