Good Classic Movie, takes adults back to the good old days

This movie is so awesome and it is even better in 4k

Bought the 3rd installment and it holds up for the most part.

Third movie really is cheese but if you like Rambo and the character you get plenty of it in this movie.

Synopsis: The battle rages on as superstar Sylvester Stallone detonates the third blast in the action-packed Rambo series. Combat has taken its toll on John Rambo (Stallone), but he has finally begun to find inner peace inside a monastery — until his friend and mentor Col. Sam Trautman (Richard Crenna) shows up to ask for his help on a top-secret mission in Afghanistan. A war-weary Rambo declines, but when Trautman is captured, Rambo erupts into a one-man firestorm to rescue his former commanding officer and decimate the enemy. It's an intense, pulse- pounding adventure that boasts unrelenting action and suspense from start to finish!

I recently purchased a New Samsung Q90T 65" (2020) Q-LED TV and matching Q950T Samsung Soundbar and 4K UHD Blu-ray Player and wanted to purchase a few really good 4K UHD Movies to show off the picture and ATMOS surround audio. This DVD does not disappoint. Great movie with plenty of action scenes with very good Surround sound. And I got it on sale! Better than going to the Movies, especially now since COVID-19.

It's a good action movie but falls a little short in the story department. Stallone definitely never disappoints when it comes to non stop action though!

If you like Rambo series then you will enjoy this movie. If you don't like action flicks then it might not be your cup of tea.

I got this to complete my Rambo 4K collection. It's not the best Stallone action movie, but it's still a lot of fun.

Although not my favorite of the series (Rambo: First Blood Part II is the best), still enjoyed it. Brought back memories of seeing it when I was a child. Had to get in 4K because the first release on blu-ray was subpar. Very happy with picture and sound. Digital copy a plus.

I liked this better than the second one. Love the cinematography in it. The landscapes, the way the helicopters weave through the valleys are like eye candy. Yeah!, it's a little bit hoorah!, get them rotten Russians kind of movie but underneath it all there's a little bit of heart. It's Rambo! for goodness sake. Love it or leave it.

John Rambo is back. This time to save his close mentor and friend Colonial Sam. Loaded with more explosive action. This film is set to seemingly bring the series to a close. However many years later we got more sequels that are still the same over the top action films that we all know and love.

Many people write off Rambo III because it’s not AS good as the first two movies, but I find it perfectly enjoyable when you look at it from the time it was made: the 80’s. It hits all the right notes in being of its time. And seeing it cleaned up in 4K and with all new making of special features, this is a MUST OWN for any action movie fans out there!
