The range hood is excellent! Fits perfectly over my stove, and very happy with the digital light and fan. This was a good purchase for my home, and the service people who installed were great!

The product is pleasing to the eye and functionally great in its simplicity. The air suction power is impressive and the noise level much lower than the previous range.

The hood looks good and it fit the area perfectly over my range but the fan blow very low almost as if its not on.

The Installer who I use for previous jobs named Ivan had to modify and reroute my electrical at a very reasonable cost. So far so good and the blower motor is fairly quiet. So far so good and I have no complaints

Perfectly sized for small under cabinet area. The hood is well made and provides both lighting and air recirculation. Does a great job and is easy to clean. Also reasonably priced.

Works great: light is nice and bright and fan pulls well and not too loud. Minus 1 star for the buttons being placed high on the device rather than on the flat front of the hood for easier access and use.

Second try at installing this hood and it’s in but not properly vented. The connection from the hood for venting was lower than the entry to the vent and had to be removed to allow installation. This results in lots of the exhaust leaking back onto the kitchen. The installers did not have tools or materials to modify the sheet metal involved. I get it that I’m only paying for the simplest installation but it would be way better for me if the independent contractors you use were licensed and equipped to do some electrical and sheet metal work on something like a hood that’s likely to involve both. I would be happy to negotiate time and materials payment so the job can be completed correctly. My first installation attempt was not completed because the installers did not like where the electrical connection would be made and could not do any work to change it. I ended up buying a power cord, wiring it to the hood, cutting a slot in the wall to route that from the back of the hood to where my electrical outlet was. This was pretty easy DYI stuff that any good electrician could have done with parts from their truck. I will probably reinstall the hood myself with assistance of a friend and do the sheet metal work myself.

Love my under-cabinet range hood. It is very simple and attractive and fits in well with my other stainless appliances. The lighting is excellent, easy to operate, and the three-different fan speeds are perfect so you can adjust for whatever type cooking you are doing.

I like the under cabinet range hood. On the low setting you can’t tell that it is on. Very quiet. Overall a good range for the price.

Love my selection of this range hood. I like everything about it. It is attractive, has 2 levels of lighting and gives off bright light, and the exhaust feature is quiet. Extremely happy with Nick installing it. He had also installed the stove. He is patient, efficient, neat, and knows all about installing appliances. He did an exceptional job!

I went through two installations (or at least the first one was an attempt to install). The first installer was very knowledgeable and told me the bottom of the unit would be too close to my stove top (it was previously a custom installation). He made some suggestions, so I had to return that one and get a second unit. Second installer was also very experienced and got the job done. I love my new microwave!

I ran my finger along the front of the hood to find the Light button and that punched in the Power button. Very cheap quality, although the fan and light are really good and the fan is quiet. Just cheap buttons. Have been told it will be replaced but waiting to hear when they're coming.

The Best Buy installation team did a fantastic job with our new under-cabinet range hood. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The installation was completed quickly, and they made sure everything was working perfectly and left the kitchen spotless. We were very impressed with their expertise and the quality of the service.

This is a great product! Quiet...and does the job! A word of advice to future purchasers who opt for installation: Make sure to check your item thoroughly after the 'install'. I ended up having to have a replacement brought to my home for a re-install....but Best Buy followed through and it's all good now !

The team installed the hood literally in matter of minutes and tested it to insure it's working as expected.

Although the fan unit works great, the first unit had one defective fan (noisy) that was identified by the installers and we are awaiting a replacement unit. I’d give it a ‘5’ but until the new unit arrives and is installed, I can’t assure its quality (the replacement is on back order.) I don’t hold Best Buy responsible for the defective unit, but being back ordered is difficult to manage. I really don’t have an ETA on replacement yet.

Either they installed my range hood wrong or its in bad conditions/defective because it doesnt work well, doesnt absorb smells cause its not very powerfull. Light is good, fit perfectly but there's definitely somwthing wrong with it unfortunately.

I wasn't expecting this hood top to be as quiet and efficient as it is. The lighting is just right, the efficiency as it "inhales" any fumes or odors, is exactly what I needed. Thank you Best Buy!
