The Best Buy installation team did a fantastic job with our new under-cabinet range hood. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The installation was completed quickly, and they made sure everything was working perfectly and left the kitchen spotless. We were very impressed with their expertise and the quality of the service.

The team installed the hood literally in matter of minutes and tested it to insure it's working as expected.

Bought this under cabinet Samsung range hood to replace microwave oven. Very satisfied with it. It is pretty and has sufficient power for our kitchen. The sales person, Christopher, at the Best Buy Rancho Cucamonga store was most pleasant and helpful in arranging the delivery and installation. He followed up to make sure everything worked out satisfactorily. The technician is great on the installation. No complaint throughout the process.

Love my new hood over the range. It took several deliveries of the same hood because the people from Best Buy that hired a 3rd party did not know what they where doing when installing the Hood. Finally after 3 or 4 times the same Hood I purchased is finally installed & working wonderful. I look at several others but really love this hood. It works with or with out a duck.

Knowledgeable personnel. Got the installation right the first time. Crew could have taken time to highlight areas on cabinets and wall that were now exposed given the different footprint of the new versus old fan. I discovered it after they left and needed to deal with fixing the cosmetics. A heads up would have been helpful.

Great buy for a kitchen exhaust. Esay to use and select the choice of low noise yet powerful fans and lights. Stainless steel finish adds accent to kitchen and easy to clean as well.

The Broan range hood is great. It clears the smoke out very well. It looks good. I recommend this product.

The best by technician was excellent and determined that the original purchase was not correct. He then re-ordered the correct part. The service representative in store are also very helpful.

The installer was excellent. He removed the old range hood and quickly installed the new one. Initially it was to be delivered a week earlier but was not in the store for delivery as promised. It was not the installer's fault. I had to call customer service to figure out when it would be delivered. The installer took away the range hood as agreed upon with customer service. Later I had phone messages and emails about an additional appointment to take away the range hood. I left a message with the local contact person and the 800 number to inform them that the range hood had been taken away. I found the experience frustrating and time consuming. The installer was professional and called me ahead of time to let me know what was going on. My problem was with how the store handled it.

Love the look this hood and how quietly it operates compare to our old one.

Sleek and smooth stainless steel hood. Works great. Love the ease in cleaning as there are no crevases to hide dirt. Just wipe it clean to remove dust and kitchen grime. Installer did a great job of adapting the hood to my 1975 hood exhaust. Thanks!
