The installer was excellent. He removed the old range hood and quickly installed the new one. Initially it was to be delivered a week earlier but was not in the store for delivery as promised. It was not the installer's fault. I had to call customer service to figure out when it would be delivered. The installer took away the range hood as agreed upon with customer service. Later I had phone messages and emails about an additional appointment to take away the range hood. I left a message with the local contact person and the 800 number to inform them that the range hood had been taken away. I found the experience frustrating and time consuming. The installer was professional and called me ahead of time to let me know what was going on. My problem was with how the store handled it.

This is a replacement for a GE hood that we had to replace due to the motor going bad. The GE is no longer made and this was the only one that would fit that was not extremely expensive. It is only OK....I guess you get what you pay for. It does the job and has some nice features however it is VERY, VERY loud even on the lowest fan setting.

Connectivity is great. Sleek new look. Bright light great fan.

I am pleased with the operation of the new hood, for the most part. The only problem is the required light bulb is a dimmable bulb, but the range doesn’t have the dimmable function, which causes the low light function to flicker and it’s terrible on the eyes. The high light function works perfectly.

Works great! 100% imprisonment to the old 2004 model that came with the house. I will upgrade hood lights to LED.

The technician who installed our new range hood arrived on time and did a very professional job. The new hood fits perfectly in the space where our old unit was mounted and performs very well.

The hood looks great. It evacuates any steam, smoke and smells very well. I rarely have to use the highest setting. The lowest fan speed is slightly louder than I had hoped but still much quieter than the previous range hood, which did not evacuate steam, smoke, etc., as well as this one.

Everything from initial contact to purchase, to install, to use has gone perfectly. The product performs well and does what it is supposed to do. it is also attractive, and matches the stove and kitchen in general.

The installers were on time, mindful of my kitchen and the new flooring, installed the new range hood without a problem. Showed me how the buttons worked and were in and out quickly. The range hood looks and works great!

The vent hood looks great, and is working beautifully. While it is not large, it works very well, and the fan is excellent.

The new rangehood is tremendously better than the older model and is a pleasure to use.

this is the third one we have had for this model. First didn't even last year - very noisy for blower; second one the blower was making strange noise and wouldn't work all the time. Let's see how third one is. Only reason getting it is because we need slate to match everything else

Took months to arrive. Installation was very quick and it works well.

Installer found defect on unpackaging range hood. He took care of re-ordering and credit in a very efficient manner. We were very impressed with the final installation. Good product.

I am very happy with the recent purchase and installation of my new Broan range hood purchased from Best Buy and installed by a Geek Squad 3rd party crew. Love the product. Hated the wait, way too long. Especially since we purchased 4 very expensive appliances.
