The Broan under cabinet hood vent looks great and matches our black stainless steel range perfectly! The light has two settings and has a nice ability to make using our stove that much better!

It was hard for them in such a little space to work but they got the work done and I love the range hood. Definitely recommend it to new customers. Lot of light over the stove and I love it.

The person who helped me to select range hood was very knowledgeable and very helpful! It's not installed yet but I'm looking forward to install the Range hood next week. My only complaint is that I have to wait for a month to be installed.

The fan works very well, but a the higher speed it is a little noisy.

The Geek squad knew exactly what they were doing, so professional and knowledgable. Had a little issue with a connector and they made everything a 'non' issue and installed everything range and hood quickly and efficiently while being very friendly too! Great people! LOVE IT. I removed the old microwave above the stove top combo thing going on in my kitchen and added the Hood. I also did removed the double overs and went with the LG microwave/oven combo. The Hood works great, has several settings. I am very pleased.

Absolutely the worst! Five appointments to resolve issues with this under cabinet hood, and still no resolution. Calling customer service is a joke, as they don’t understand English and just pretend to be looking in a computer. The guy who was supposed to come today was a NO SHOW. I waited ALL day for this guy! Best Buy doesn’t care about anything but $$ and will deceive you in any way possible to achieve their $$ goals.

Service was friendly. Took time to install above new range. Have used install company previously and the previous were immaculate with cleaning up after install. This crew that did the vent hood left debris on stove, floor, countertops and had to clean up afterwards.

The installers were great. They arrived within 20 minutes from the earliest time given for their time window. They had it installed in about one hour. It looks great.

It would be 5 stars except it arrived with a small dent in the front near the control buttons. BB offered to replace it for free but the replacement has more imperfections than the original. I decided to keep it since it’s such a minor imperfection.

Very nice range/cooktop hood. Very strong dual fan. We have a rear exhaust vent which works very well with this unit. The Best Buy installlers (sub-contractors) were very efficient and did an excellent job.

I am very pleased with this product. Size and function are just right. Love the touch button controls!

Under Cabinet Range Hood Installation was great! Two guys that came out did an excellent job installing it. The were kind and answered my questions. One of the guys named Marshall gave me a tip on how to keep the stainless steel clean also.
