The price per battery is really good in this 8 pack for a name brand alkaline 9V battery. Good for smoke alarms.

I have always purchased Energizer or Duracell batteries in the past, but based on the advertisements and information on the package decided to give Rayovac a try! So far they perform just as well as the slightly higher priced name brands I "used" to purchase!

Ok new voltage (9.71vdc), not as good as some. Real test is how long they last, which is still being tested. Performing ok so far. Could use a manufactured date or expiration date on them (which I couldn't find, why 4 stars), although the copyright date was less than a year old so figured with the 5 yr life these would do for my application & lower price than Duracell.

Don’t wait until you need a battery to buy a battery. These are great for kids toys and fire detectors. They stay dress for a few years. A reputable brand at a good price.

Rayovac to me, is in line after batteries like Energizer and Duracell. These were purchased to remedy a fire alarm detector, which these are popularly bought for. It works fine. I've only had them for 2 weeks, buttttttt here is my suggestion. You can buy these elsewhere. When I did my research to buy them, I found out that Best Buy's regular price was the best and "they come with a case to store the batteries". To get this exact version of these batteries with case, would cost higher elsewhere. So it's worth it. ALSO, these are NOT available in stores. They must be ordered online and you have to be patient at least 4 days to receive them.

These 9v batteries were a good price and performance has been fine. I used these in my smoke detectors and everything seems fine so far. They were packed fine and were easy to remove from the package.

These were a great deal and of course you can trust the Rayovac name. They come packed in a nice case that protects the batteries for shipping and also makes a good holder for future use. If you are looking through reviews trying to select a good product, well then you have bumped into a good one my friend! What an invention! Changed the world I tell ya. The 9V battery is all I need on Christmas day to be the worlds best dad. Who hasn't had the situation of needing a 9V on Christmas? Well don't be that guy. Pick up some Rayovac 9V batteries today!

I have been buying this brand of batteries for years. We have never had an issue with them and they are much cheaper than the big name batteries.

I always prefer Rayovac batteries over the other big brands. The price is significantly lower, and they seem to last as long (if not longer)

These batteries easily last as long as the energizers I was using before, for half the money. Good buy.
