It sounded great, fit was great and was very comfortable. A week later they stopped working. So much for quality.

I purchased this headset October 12, 2020. The quality for both sound and microphone are outstanding. It is now December 22, 2020 and the microphone is broken. After multiple attempts to locate the cause of the microphone not working it is now known that the actual headset microphone is broken. I do not recommend this for anyone specifically after researching how often this issue has occurred. The headset speakers still work and have great quality.

In some of the reviews online people did warn about this headset where it gave out a month or so later or it started having problems and sadly I ended up being one of those people. The head set is now having a static problem and I treat all my devices properly and do not mess around with their cords and put them away or up somewhere they can be safe to prevent things like this from happening. The headset is not as noise cancelling as it seemed at first either. The mic also has been giving me issues which I don't see how either. Going to be sticking to lower costing headphones in the future.

The build quality is good but I did not like how this sounded playing Warzone. Everything seemed so far away. I tried it with and without the sound card and still the same. When compared to my ANC Jabra headset I prefered that over these. I compared these to some old Hyper X clouds and those sounded better too. I was hoping for better but this did not deliver the goods.

Sound quality for these headphones is actually fairly impressive for the price. It’s not going to knock your socks off by any means, but for the price you are getting a very solid gaming headset. The mic quality isn’t terrible, but it’s not bad. Honestly I would give this a 4.5 rating if it wasn’t for the headset durability. Warranted I have a larger sized head, these headphones don’t last. I’ve been through multiple sets this past year (thank god for GSP) and it’s extremely frustrating only having a headset for a few months and having to replace it. If you buy this make sure you’re protected, it’s worth it.

We bought this four our sister who's old headphones were having problems. She said she didn't like the mic quality and we ended up returning them. She ended up getting a new pair of the same headphones she had before so she might just be picky.

The built quality isn't good, literally the mute button got stuck inside, and I've barely had them for almost a week, and to make matters worse, I haven't even used them. So I returned them, and got a different brand of headsets.

This headset has terrible sound quality. Everything sounded muffled with ever game I played. It was not very comfortable either, I still heard a lot of background noise with them on.

Got a defective product as the sound on the left side was more than the right side. Cannot comment about THX because of the issue. But it was very comfortable to wear and the razer synapse has a lot of EQ options which is great if you want to set your own sound profile. Overall disappointing for me.

Good headset but the mic is absolutely dog poop. The 100$ Alienware headset I went with sounds just as good but also has a crystal clear mic. 2/5

i did not have a good experience with these , they kept on hurting my head. and at times my computer did not recognize them.

Sounds good, but the mic didn’t work so took back and then the mic didn’t work the second time either. Very not okay.

Decent headset. It would be better if the user was able to flip the mic so it could be on their right side or their left.

Good gaming headset. Didnt last long, maybe a couple months. Not too sure what happened or how they stopped working.

Really surprisingly awful sound, combined with a baffling control app. Returned.

The microphone failed for 7 out of 8 uses on Zoom.

Did not come with a mic. Comes with a note in the box saying do not return to retailer call us first. After calling them and providing a ton of information which took 30 min to get they said return it to retailer.

Bought it for my xbox (NOT WiReLess) ill stick to xbox products not happy for Xbox, work awesome for the PC gaming,is Wireless.

Ended up returning due to sound cutting in & out. Possibly just got a defective pair?

Synapse would not recognize product. Product would upgrade. Would not work THX
