Worst place and headphone ever!

And then when I tried to return them they didn’t let me.. imagine?! I literally left them in your store without the return being processed because you guys couldn’t help me return a product that literally DOESNT WORK!!!!!!!

Ok headphones

Broke less than a year in

Horrible sound quality, Defective product

The headset sounded like as if the sound was coming through a pillow. All the sounds was muffled. The microphone picked up all the sounds in the room and teammates preferred my old broken headset over this one. I figured it is a defective headset and returned it as such. I didn't want to take a second chance on another bad headset. On top of that, the headset must be for small heads like kids heads as it barely fitted my adult head. I had no head room in the headset. Very uncomfortable. The head muffs was extremely hot. Maybe others will fair better?
