Customers frequently mention the high quality of the BlackWidow V4 75% keyboard, particularly praising its key feel, vibrant RGB lighting, and comfortable wrist rest. Many appreciate the hot-swappable design and the quiet, tactile switches, although some find the price to be a significant drawback. Positive feedback also centers around the keyboard's suitability for both gaming and coding. The included software is noted, though opinions vary on its necessity.

the first month with this very expensive keyboard was nice, I even gave it a shout out to me 42k followers on social media because I was pleased with it.
Then, right after the return period ended, the keyboard stopped working properly... I have about 10 keys spamming like crazy and some not registering most of the time.
I reached out to Razer customer service and they are totally useless, they just make you go back and forth and give the same details 10 times over and do not actually offer any kind of solution.
Very disappointed with this product and Razer customer service and I do not suggest anyone buy it unless you want to throw $200 to thrash and pull most of your hair out trying to get some non-existent support.

love that major gaming companies are listening to their customers, the only gripe i have with this keyboard is the switches, i hope they stop shipping it with tactile and start shipping it with linear.

2 months into owning this keyboard, it began double typing with specific keys. I purchased this keyboard because of the ability to change out switches. I swapped to greens and the issues only got worse. Switched back to the included orange switches and the issues remained. Ive contacted support now after doing a laundry list of troubleshooting, Im awaiting an email to tell me if they are going to RMA my product or not. So far, Im about 300 dollars in on this thing with cost of the green switches included. I wouldnt reccomend going this route. I dont think a "gaming" keyboard matters at all and the only reason I went with this option was the ability to fix failing switches down the road and stay on the same platform as my mouse. I dont think Ill buy another Razer product even if they replace this one as its been a headache.

I have owned the Blackwidow Elite for years and wanted to downgrade from the full size keyboard. Although this keyboard is more than I expected, it does not feel as bulletproof as its older brother. However, this is an amazing keyboard for Razer users and fans.

Ashamed to say that I tried various keyboards from all the big brands available but this keyboard is by far the best one out there. The 75% layout plus the tactile switches make this a must buy! Even if you don’t like tactile (I was a linear ONLY user) I would highly recommend you at least give this a fair shake. You won’t regret it.

This is by far my favorite keyboard. I have came from the Blackwidow line, however wanted something a little less clicky. This hits the spot. Only thing I wish, as I have big hands- is for them to make a full size v4 75%. It is quite small, but that may just be me as I have only owned full size boards!

I really want to love this keyboard. I enjoyed everything about it and really didn't have any problems with it....
Unfortunately, keys want to double click, even though I'm only pressing them once. Sometimes they are just unresponsive. I exchanged my first one after 14 days. I didn't have a problem with this one until now, and its doing the same exact thing. I was only able to keep this thing for a month before it broke again the same exact way. Its impossible to play a lot of games when the WASD keys aren't working properly. This would've been my favorite keyboard I've ever own if it was functional. Very disappointed. $200 is a lot of money to waste on something that breaks after barely any use.
