Customers commend the Razer Blade 15 Advanced for its exceptional performance and high-quality build, citing the powerful GPU and impressive refresh rate of the display as key strengths. Positive feedback also highlights the vibrant display and surprisingly good speakers. However, some users experienced issues with excessive heat generation, keyboard responsiveness, and battery life.

Good PC, had to update drivers many time to keep from getting BCOD. Once dialed in, the PC ran and performed great.

Exchanged my MSI GE66 for the blade after seeing the premium build quality of the Razer Blade 15 but that is where that premium feel ended. After letting it run through its update process and downloading Steam, the screen suddenly turned black on me. It has since refused to respond after any hard reboots. The screen remains black and unresponsive. I have literally only owned this laptop for a total of 3 hours and its set to go back to Best Buy. If you look at the forums for Razer, you will shockingly find this is a reoccurring issue for many owners. Don't believe the reviews from all the major review sites, apparently they've been paid to say the right things cause this experience as turned me away from the brand. Broken in 3 hours? Unacceptable.

Amazing computer, though purchased a bit late. The new version with stronger internals is now out for a slight variance in price, though still a great device.

Very unreliable machine.. I had to replace it three times until finally giving up and getting a refund. First time was due to internet issues that both Razer nor Microsoft could fix and the second and third time the laptop got so hot I started smelling burnt metal and plastic. Thank gods I got from best buy and not razer directly that way I could return it no problems. I've heard enough horror stories about Razer's customer service. As beautiful as this device is and it truly is beautiful the technology is just not there to support such heat from this powerful computer (I even used a cooling pad) do yourself a favor and don't by this one.

Excellent graphics speed and storage. Just what I needed for my daughters film production class. Of course she plays wow and all her favorite video games. Gets hot so had to buy a cooling pad.

Powerful and well built, yes cpu gets hot, but can manage even without UV. Its over kill 4 all games, limit turbo and you will be fine, dont block vents. Great screen, only gets loud on cyberpunk. Great battery life, I was amazed @ 6-7 hours browsing and youtube, 50% brightness. Can play csgo on battery @ 120 fps for a couple hours, pretty impressed. Serious games need the brick, which is obvious. Can turn on the green logo, keyboard is good, great trackpad! Overall super buy open box, had 4 charge cycles and was pristine.

I will only leave some of the issues i have here. The other parts of this laptop are just amazing. FYI, you might not want to install feature update 2004 on this laptop. It causes black screen on load. Uninstalling the windows update fixed it for me and loads much faster as well. The camera sucks in low light, audio isn't terrific like macbook (but i guess that is a high bar) and the palm rest area can get hot (I wouldn't put my hand there for hours) depending on your game. You can use the provided cleaning cloth to protect your palm from the heat.

Nice little thin and light gaming notebook. However I ended up having to return it because the top quarter of the trackpad wasn't working properly. I tried to just live with it, but got too annoying when trying to scroll using 2 fingers.

    POOR QUALITY

Laptop defective out of the box, laptop keyboard does not work. I’m going trough Razer’s customer support and it is an ordeal! I have gone through three different representatives and now finally received a response from a “specialist,” asking me to perform a TRILLION more troubleshooting steps (none of the troubleshooting has fixed the keyboard by the way.) Next time I’m afraid they’ll ask me to take the laptop apart and repair it myself. They even want a video replicating the problem plus a million other troubleshooting steps before they even talk about sending in the laptop for repair. Yes, the laptop is still under warranty. I can guarantee anyone that buys a Razer laptop is someone who knows their way around a PC- I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO FOX THIS KEYBOARD even before reaching out to Razer support [if it can even be called “support.”] The troubleshooting steps sent by Razer are ridiculous. For example, “restart” your PC -are you serious? Cheapskate company with outsourced customer support in some Fourth World country, yet they charge a premium for their defective brand name.

Very sleek and well constructed, the closest a PC can get to a Mac-like body. Overall machine runs great. I love the per key rgb for working in the dark. So far it’s stayed cool during use so heat hasn’t been a major issue. Great trackpad, again nearly as good as a Mac. Only issue is the camera is not great, resolution seem poor and requires lots of light.

Loved everything about this laptop but it kept randomly locking up. I bought the advanced model and the base and both randomly would lock up every few days. I found lots of forums with other razer owners with the same issue. It wasn’t my software because I use the same software on all of my machines and the replacement non razer laptop and it works fine. Just some issue with their custom razer software.

Fell in love with my laptop as soon as I got my hands on it. Although Razer is much pricier than other Gaming laptops brands, it is worth it and you're getting exactly what you paid for. Built quality is excellent. Cooling system and aluminum body help keeps GPU temps low and is exactly what anyone wants for a great performance longevity.
