We purchased this for our sons first year of college and specifically for graphic design. It has a great graphics card and he loves it so far. It is supposed to be a good gaming laptop as well but he hasn’t tried it yet for that. Seems very powerful, well built and the OLED screen is amazing. It was recommended to keep plugged in as often as possible as the OLED screen can take a lot out of the battery.

Build quality is great. Love the chassis design. Thermals run too hot for my liking. 4K OLED looks amazing for content and productivity. However, the high gloss panel is too reflective during the day.

Love this laptop it heats up badly but is nice! Easy to use

The OLED display on this gaming laptop is phenomenal. It gets plenty bright and gaming on it looks incredible. Speakers are ok. Nothing amazing, but they get the job done. Build quality is excellent and for the most part this thing runs quiet when not gaming. I bought mine open box satisfactory and the left speaker grill has started to peel (they're apparently glued on). I will most likely return mine and buy a new one.

This is a very nice machine. Obviously very well built. The screen is very beautiful but for me a bit too glossy - the only negative. I would probably consider the advanced model but I think I will wait for the next generation of video cards that seem amazing and the new Tiger Lake intel chips that are coming. But if quality of build is a high priority you cannot go wrong with this rig.

This laptop is gorgeous! Premium but low profile chassis with beautiful OLED screen. The 2070 max-q is enough to me. The OLED screen is perfect For watching video, photo editing and non-FPS games. For hardcore FPS gamers, 60Hz screen is not ideal. The price is higher than other competitors. But! this is Razer’s product! Definitely satisfied with the stylish and build quality.

Perfect for single player RPG 1080p @60FPS on high/ultra settings. The OLED is stunning! However, the laptop is capped at 60Hz. So not great for competitive online gaming.

The screen is fantastic and the power is great. The laptop gets hot quick though and the fans are always running at high speeds.

If I had better eyes and better vision, I would have used the 4k OLED screen but I used a 32 inch Dell Monitor with 165 Hz, this laptop gamed beautifully and performed great! I wouldn't buy it again though, I would get something half it's the price with the same GPU just a 1080 screen since I am used to monitors.

This laptop is made for Gamers & Creators, The 4K-OLED display is gorgeous and the laptop is equipped with an RTX-2070 and Intel Core-i7 and has extendable memory which allows for better performance. I definitely recommend this laptop!

Super crisp screen, and a fast and responsive laptop overall. The specs may not say it, but this unit includes the 2070 Max Q card, and it handled any/all gaming I threw at it. Bought this to replace a defective unit from HP, and am very pleased at this upgrade.

Awesome laptop. Handled my multiple monitor setup easily, minor fan noise, it ran multiple vms seamlessly. Biggest issue I had was the horrid battery life, only lasted 3 - 3.5 hrs max. Only made it slightly more convenient than a desktop. I returned it for this reason.

Great laptop. I like the performance and looks overall of this laptop compared to others that I looked at. As is the case with most laptops if used for gaming there are heating issues when pushed (make sure have setting on a hard surface). My laptop was by default set at a relatively high fan speed which caused to be nosier than necessary even when not being pushed. This was resolved by going into the Razer Synapse software and changing fan control to Auto (I was going to return to Best Buy within 30 day window until I resolved this issue).

It got a really nice screen and good GPU but the 60hz screen really limits its effectiveness for gaming

I really like the aluminum frame construction. I do wish there was a little more if a lip for raising the screen sometimes, since it’s a little stiff it can a bit difficult to open the laptop. Like most gaming laptops it does get a bit warm but I think the aluminum exterior helps a lot with keeping the interior cool. If you do any serious graphic intensive gaming you will want some kind of chill mat.

OLED screens are gorgeous and have true black color. The refresh rate isn’t as good as the 300hz screen I got on the other laptop.

Phenomenal laptop for production purposes as well. Whether you make videos, music, or are a gamer this laptop can do it all. No BS this is a POWERHOUSE. Sleek and simple too unlike all those edgy crazy designed gAmEr LaPtOpS. Just get it.

Very nice laptop with bright and colorful screen. I mainly use it for personal use but have played some games on it and it works fantastic. The battery does run out sooner but given the hardware it makes sense.

it looks AMAZING, the screen is the best screen I have seen besides from MacBook. But this thing gets SUPER hot while gaming, like literally you can cook a steak on it. and something is off with the color tone when taking pictures in game or photoshop, had to return it for those reasons and get the Alienware I was originally going to get.

The best build quality of any gaming laptop you can buy, but it gets very hot. The keyboard is very shallow and not the most comfortable to type on. The trackpad is by far the best on any windows laptop, large, smooth and responsive. The screen is beautiful and a joy to view content on.
