Customers are satisfied with the Chroma Addressable RGB Controller's ability to expand RGB lighting options and its ease of use. Many appreciate its compatibility with various brands and the quality of its construction, although some users experienced issues with the connector type, port tightness, and software integration. The controller's limited number of ARGB headers and occasional software glitches were also noted as drawbacks. Despite these minor shortcomings, the product's ability to enhance RGB customization remains a significant positive.

I generally like all the racer products I have and I really enjoy the synapse app on my pc but I think the rgb header I got was doomed from the get go it wasn’t connecting to my system it’s usb 2.0 wasn’t reading but my AIO was reading perfectly fine. I think if they have a 2nd version with sata power and not molex and a indicator light saying it was connected and powered on I would give that try

At first glance it seems like the perfect little RGB controller, but after a firmware update it now only has 3 working ports.

Started out with only 4 ports working. I have 8 fans/LED strips, so no matter what I would need a splitter. Fast forward 2 months, and it's down to only 2 ports working. Might be a melon, but for $50 I am NOT impressed.

Molex? Come on…. Then the crappy double sided tape, then the narrow slots to plug into asking to bend the pins…. There’s gotta be a better way to engineer something so simple

Promising product that arrived with a hardware problem. Controller does not function properly when using it's internal usb connector.

Very easy to use and instal. I love how the software syncs all of the device and customizing the RGB was very straightforward. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, it was dead out of the box (tested on two new builds and on a bench to be certain). I noticed that my local store had an additional unit on the return pile mine was placed on. There might be a QC issue with the current batch.
