Great size and veery bright. It really adds color to my set up. :-)

This is a hard mousepad that doesn't bend. I was using the Razer Goliathus cloth mat before this and I prefer this hard mat. The hard surface has less friction so the mouse glides easier, but you also have more control. It has a nice balance. Plus it lights up. Very cool.

This gaming pad has an excellent hard surface which allows laser enabled gaming devices to easily track. If you tend to game in a dim/dark room then the color scheme around the edge will allow you to see the edges of the pad and to be honest it just looks really cool. The USB cord is the standard Razer mesh type which is of high quality.

I've had a few gaming lads and this one by far is the nicest. Made from plastic it is easy to clean and doesn't slide or anything. The lighting is very customizable and is a nice accent to your pc as well. The mouse reads from it very well with my jumping or skipping. High recommend it.

Install was a breeze, accompanying software is intuitive and responsive to hardware. Works flawlessly with other Razer Chroma devices. Love the customizable color palette. Very cool device.

Not much to say...it's a mouse pad. It does have programmable LEDs. And its nice seeing them light up when turning on the PC. It's a great surface to drag your mouse across and it's big. If you have a couple extra bucks to waste, or want a large mouse pad with programmable LEDs, I would grab this. Else, I would not..

I use this mouse pad for RTS and with my Death Adder gaming mouse. Excellent size and surface offer a great blend of speed and control. The Chroma lighting is a snap to adjust.

Not even going to lie, I wanted this for the pretty RGB lights. That being said it does take up a USB port if you want the RGB effect, which is better than batteries I suppose. It's also a bit flimsier than expected but still a very high quality mouse pad.

The texture of the mousepad is great for gaming and precise movement. The Razer Synapse program can program the lights on this mousepad for a flurry of effects. I love looking at this when the lights are off and it really draws attention to the rest of the Chroma set that I have.

Still not sure I should have, but it works as stated. The large size is what I was after; the lighting effect is cool but hardly necessary. The hard surface allows the mouse to move easily and track accurately. The only negative is the cost, but it is in line with other similar products.

While a standard mousepad works fine, this thing is just fun. If you've already invested in other Chroma devices this just adds to the experience. Some have commented on the size bring big and while it does take up some real estate it's not overly intrusive. My Mamba glides easily across the surface and while most normal mouse pads move from time to time this is super stationary, even during the heaviest of battles. It's tough. There are settings for mouse lift offs for when you need to reorient your mouse. It's highly customizable. Chroma makes it fun with all the other devices

I go through several mouse pads a year soft, over-sized, hard surfaces from all types of vendors. They wear out so fast with gaming but this one is really rocking the responsiveness of my mouse and is decent size. Let's face it it matches my chroma keyboard as well :)

I didn't know much about this mouse pad up until I saw how cool it looked but after using it, I love this thing. My mouse flows easily on it and the lighting with the Chroma effects are amazing. I heavily recommend this, plus it's made by Razer - got to love it!

This is my second razor product purchase. The color cycling working great with my RAZOR keyboard. The color actually cycle in unison. Its a large mouse pad so some people would not like that, but for me it works well. Definitely recommend!

This is a very good quality purchase, though I don't know if the lighting effects/color gimic is really necessary. My son uses this daily (has for a while now) and has no complaints. That actually means something, since previous similar pads he bought he would tend to have complaints about within a month or so. The full price is, in my opinion, a little steep, but we got it on sale and are very happy with the purchase.

I've had this mouse pad since March and I love it. The surface area is just about the perfect size for all of my gaming needs. It's also quite cool looking with its patterned lights which are fully controllable through the desktop app.

This mouse pad has very nice traction for the mouse. It looks awesome in the dark, I have had many people that were very impressed at how nice it looks. The surface is large also which is nice.

This version had the hard top. It feels nice and the LEDs provide a smooth, even color around the base of the pad. Works with the Razer Synapse program to allow for color customization. It's worth noting, however, that if you enable the game profile setting in Synapse, it will turn off the LEDs on the pad whenever a game with a n available profile is launched. I prefer my custom schemes, so I turned the option off (what's the point of buying a pad that lights up if you aren't going to use it while actually playing games?).

Yes I'm sure you could buy a cheaper $10-20 mouse pad, but if you want one that looks cool and actually is a great hard surface then this one is worth purchasing. It would be nice if it had a USB plug, but I'm still satisfied.

Definitely not necessary unless a fanatic of Razer products. It feels good. Solid, not too thick, cool colors, but personally I don't like the block where the cord comes out. It's too bulky. And I also have this slight dent like crease in the middle of the mouse pad. Nothing that affects my gameplay but is annoying to feel. cool to have though. And you can play on it with no problems.
