I had ordered it online, so Best Buy did me a favor by having it ready the minute I stepped into the store. Not a cluts, but not overly sharp on all things computer-wise, but found the install quite easy, and was able to participate in my family zoom meeting. Picture and sound quality is top notch.

The only issue i have is the integrated sofware will bug with other applications such as discord or zoom. You will come out saturated colors, grainy, or deep fried.

I was unhappy that my new laptop didn't come with a built-in webcam, but my unhappiness has turned to joy since this webcam has been the most functional and best quality webcam I have ever owned. The picture quality is great and the hinge that a attaches it to laptops or keeps it standing is super handy and functional. Overall this is a great webcam for the price.

It may be a user error, but I cannot find anything fo fix it or stop the freezing. Has a great picture, though. And the microphone works nicely, too.
