Grandson wanted this type gaming headset Razer - Kraken Pro Analog Gaming Headset because it was better than the more expensive ones. Because it cost more doesn't mean its better.

Bought these for my boyfriend, he loves them. Not a single problem. They even keep me out, when I'm talking to him.that is lol not to bad of a price. Totally worth it too. Love the retractable Mic.

The tones for this product are very bass heavy with very low treble. felt like the sound wasn't there.

I purchased them for my teenage boy for gaming on the computer. He loves them. They look great and he reports they are comfortable.

Hands down one of the best headsets available today. Maybe even better than my Beats by Dre, however, it must be noted that I do not use my Beats for gaming. There is a difference.

Great sound from the earpieces. Anyone can do that now. But also excellent sound from the built in microphone. Had to buy an adaptor to use with the XBox360 though.

I would say these headphones rate right up the with beats as far a sound quality goes. Watching music videos with them is like watching a live concert. Excellent

The sound in the headset was pretty good but the microphone is very quite and couldn't he heard by the other players.

It works great but sometimes the sound just works on one side does not happen often. They are comfortable and love the color.

we received excellent assistance at best buy and our salesperson helped us find the best headphones for our son's needs (lapttop gaming and some music).

Bought this headset and it worked fine for the most part but after a year if the volume control was moved at all I would loose sound in an ear. I am not sure if it is like this with all the headsets like this or just mine. I felt like I took great care of it, but it was very annoying playing a game and accidentally moving that slider and loosing sound.

Worked really well for a very long time and under a good amount of load from use, the wire that plugs into the headphone jax ended up breaking after about year of use, probably my fault as i rolled over it a few times with my computer chair. xD. Would still recommend these to a friend, if they are looking for quality sound, with surround sound, on a budget.

I brought this for my son who already has the same brand of keyboard and mouse to match. He loves it and has no problems. I love the color!
