Not a high-end headset

Tweaking with the razer settings and control panel settings were a hassle just to make it playable. If you are looking for an easy plug-in-play headset for gaming, this wouldn't be my first option.

The first one, just like it, did quit working correctly, so we tried other headsets. We kept having trouble with them. Even though the box said they were compatible, we had trouble with downloading what was needed to get them to work correctly. We went back to this one. It worked right away. No downloading needed.
