The mic did not work well at all. I ended up taking it back the next day.

the sound is pretty good. I have had it for 5 years so the durability is quite good. I'm not a big fan of the construction, it fits around your ear and leads to fatigue after some time. The mic is pretty good as well. Just not a big fan of razor products after buying two of their headphones. Not the best head set maker, and their products are overpriced. Oh and razor doesn't even make their products they get someone else to, probably in china

Was looking for a new headset. These are perfect. Great sound, love that the mic retracts, and they fold up nicely. Got it on sale for 69$. Wanted something that not only would be great for gaming but to use with my phone to listen to music, movies, and even games on my phone. The only thing that may have made it better is to include a USB connection. The main cord has a dual plug like iPhone headphones. And it comes with a splitter for computers to plug into headphone and mic jack. Also would love a travel case with it. Overall price is great and the product you get is great. For not using batteries like Bose it does a good job at canceling out noise when you are using. I love bright colors so I don't mind the color other then I wish it was bright orange.

Great sounding headphones. Do not game but use them to listen to you tube videos and music. They sound great and are really comfortable.

These headphones are absolutely amazing. After using these, I can suddenly hear background sounds that I have never heard before. And to top it all off, the headphones are noise-cancelling, so prepare to immerse yourself in gaming.

I have had several "Bud" style headphones, this is my first set of over the ear. I am very impressed with the sound quality. I have had issues with my ears and buds just don't fell very well any more. my doc recommended over the ear. I did some shopping and decided on these since I game and have Razer products. these sound awesome feel like i'm wearing ear muffs. Definitely awesome for the price. Deep bass, rich HI's and all the mid you could want.

I've had the kraken pro gaming headset for 3 years now and have had a great experience using them. They have a great bass response for the games that it's good for, otherwise for music listening they fall short. The build quality of the kraken could be better. I've had gone through 3 pairs in about 4 years and I take good care of my equipment. It could be my head shape but the plastic the holds the drivers to the headband likes to break from normal wear and tear. I recommend getting a 2 year warranty from Best Buy when buying these your going to need it. Onto the microphone, the microphone is decent if you use a VoIP or game programs like mumble™ or Teamspeak3™ I come in loud and clear. The headset has some sound bleed through the microphone if you use it at 90-100% volume, I recommend dropping the volume to 35 or 75 so to not hurt your hearing with the amount of mid and high end sound waves these push out so you'll be sure to not have any bleed over from the drivers.

Clear sound and a good working mic, the down side of these is they are small and will hurt your ears after raiding for 3 hours,

I bought these because I stream my gameplay on the X1, PS4 and PC. They work amazing with all three! They are comfortable for people with smaller ears and heads. If you have large of either I can see them being an issue, but not a deal breaker. On my PS4 I did have to adjust my ingame volume to get my voice heard well, and on my X1 I had to update my controller to get them to work properly. But at the amazing price of $35 they were worth every penny!

Once I got the Kraken set up I really like the noise cancelling feature. It blocks out sounds so I can hear my team members when I am on teamspeak. The retractable mic is also a plus.

The fact that they are on sale makes the 2 times better. I can wear them without my ears getting sore. and the sound quality is excellent. Whenever I use the mic my voice sounds crisp and that is what I enjoy. GET THEM!!!

Hard to find a gaming headset that fits a 10 year old boy. This one is perfect. The sound quality is good and so is the construction. My only issue is that this purchase and several other large ones were not posted to my Best Buy account, therefore I am missing many points. Can someone at Best Buy remedy this for me now? I don't want to have to make a phone call or come to a store to get this done.

The retractable mic is an awesome feature. When just using as a headset you can stow it away and not have anything in the way. Super comfortable, really feels snug around the ears.

I gave this headset as a gift for the holidays. Sound quality is excellent, the only thing i wish you could do is use them with xbox.

Bought them for gaming and have heard no complaints. That in itself satisfies me.

Sound quality is very good, the headset itself is very comfortable. The problem is with the microphone; it barely picks up anything unless the recorder is right next you your mouth. It was a bit of a disappointment, I am returning this for a USB version.

Ok, first off I have a great sound card on my PC, and used other headphones to compare audio with ( ones i was going to replace with the Kraken Pro ) the sound card is the Asus Xonar STX directly plugged to the rear and not the front panel and the impedance set to 32 - 64 OHMS ( also tried 64 OHMS ) Now this issue is in the speakers, not the actual build of the headset, it's built quite well. To describe the audio quality and touch base with how these are not as advertised is that the sound is muffled, almost as if you are wearing a helmet, and adding that tinnyness to it too. The bass is to much as well, it picks up bass for all audio levels even things that should not be bassy ( voices, clanking, bullet ricochets etc ) . now on the main page for this headset it says and I quote " 10Hz - 100kHz frequency response For faithful sound reproduction. * this information is incorrect the headphones frequency response is 20 - 20,000 HZ ( right on the box ) this means this is a standard / low grade speaker and you are getting basic audio quality. This was my first Razer product and sadly will be my last.

The sound qaulity is pretty good and they fit the head well.
