I purchased this headset because part of my last one was messing up and Best Buy does not sell the cord I needed separately. This one is much better than the last one I purchased because it has the volume control on the cord

I was quite displeased with this headset. I bought them to replace my Carcharias or however they're spelled headset, and they don't come close. They squeeze my head, they are WAY too bassy, pretty muddy, just not worth my money. The only reason I was replacing my previous headset is because the left cup stopped working. This isn't against Razer, because as I said, Carcharias is probably the best sounding and most comfortable headset I have yet used. Overall just not a good headset.

When I opened the box I was excited about the product. But as soon I plugged in my headphones I found that their was a constant static noise in the background. No matter how much I tried to clean off dust nothing helped. I was also highly disappointed in the mic quality. I have had better quality with cheaper equipment. One plus to this product was that they were comfy to wear.

Dog chewed up my Carcharias so I went to buy another one. The store was out and this was the same price and having been VERY pleased with the Carcharias I decided to give this a try. As soon I got it out of the box I wanted to cry, there was no volume control on the headphones. And to complicate that problem the volume and bass on this product are ridiculously and uncomfortably loud. I like my music loud just like everybody else but I literally had to turn the system volume down to 10 just to keep from blowing my ears out. The headset has little to no padding on the top and while the ear pieces are softly padded they are way too small for anyone with above average size ears. Razer completely dropped the ball on this one which is just BAFFLING considering how great the Carcharias is. Returning this tomorrow, don't waste your time even considering spending $ on this headset, you will regret it.

Only reason they were rated 4 instead of 5 - they're a little bulky. Otherwise a great headset.

Had this product for one week, I couldn't ever get the sound to have more high end ( voice range) sound. It had overwhelming deep/bass sounds. Explosions were great, but couldn't hear the characters talking. Tried tweaking setting on the PC and in the games I tried it with. Still couldn't get the sound to be something I could use/live with. Returning this product.

Seems to work great. My son loves them. Was a birthday present.

sound is great, even there is no volume control. The mic keeps cutting off and choppy. Returning this product.

so i bought this mic about a week ago and it worked fine. the only problem was that my friends could hear the game i was playing. Then about two days later the mic completely stopped working. poor product overall and overpriced.

I just bought this headset and within 20 minutes of wearing it and listening to a youtube video I have decided to return it. The Kraken Pro is one of the Worst headsets I've used in a long long time. The Headset itself is painful to wear for more than 10 minutes and the sound quality is poor, even for something as simple as a podcast. I cannot attest to the microphone quality as I could not be bothered to put the headset back on. I will be buying another HyperX Cloud which is the same price, but exponentially better in sound, comfort, and i would imagine mic quality (never tested the Kraken).

The headset had low quality volume settings sometimes cutting in sound or not playing at all, mic was terrible and was extremely uncomfortable to wear after hours at times of gaming i would take them off and would have stretch marks on my ears. Personally if you are looking for comfort and a good mic swell as good audio look to hyper x or logitech. Never buying from razer again

I will never get a Razer brand again when i plugged in the head set the sound was ok but my friend can't here me all he hears is a buzz and so I did a mic check and all I herd what a buzz All&All they are relay relay bad

pluged them in and second day my sound board started messing up found a old headset and its fine now.
