very nice gaming headphone for a gamer. works great

The Good: The sound quality is great and was a very comfortable fit. The Bad: I've had this headset for only 9 months before the plastic pieces holding the top "padding" in place snapped from normal wear & tear making this rather uncomfortable to wear for any length of time.

A friend has the same headphones and loves them so I took his recommendation. Unfortunately, the microphone on set I purchased stopped working after a couple of rounds of PUBG so I returned them (I got the extended warrantee) and purchased some Corsair Void Pros

Good product but top part of headset already broke.

I returned these because there was not enough room for ears. Also, the noise -cancelling was a little too good. Couldn't hear anything else with them on. Might be a plus for some. The sound was really good.

While the headset sounds nice after a month of use the plastic head band started to bread around the speakers. I did get in contact with Razor, but this is not a defect, this is physical damage. If you are going to buy this please get a Best Buy warranty plan as well.

Mic died very quickly and these also just as quickly became headphones only

to months in and on of the two plastic pieces holding my left speaker in broke. Never have i had a head set break this way let alone within the first 3 months. It was recommended to me by a staff of best buy. after multiple experiences with their products being poor quality even Wal-mart can beat. tl:dr got con'd into buying a razor product and it broke with in the first 3 months and i cant return cause its a 2 week return policy

Razer software not ready for Windows 10. The product quality appeared solid, but just did not trust the drivers.

Microphone stopped working in a week. Had to return.

The Headset came as expected, like all Razer gear it came perfectly secured and packaged. The overall quality of the headset is fantastic. At first I thought it was way too big for my head even on the lowest setting but after wearing it for awhile I realized that it's a lot more comfortable and easy on the ears than other headsets I've tried and no danger of it falling off. The sound is amazing and crystal clear especially with surround sounds. It feels like the sound is coming from the room right there with you. Very much immerses you into any game. The Mic is way better than expected and records the voice very well. Probably my favorite headset ever!

I think they sound fantastic. Its definitely a better gaming experience. I'm rolling with PS... the New Battlefield with headset is just great. Lots of sounds... better than i anticipated. Id say definitely worth it

This was my second Razer purchase. Overall it's been pretty amazing and has massively improved my gaming performance. The only issue I've had is figuring out the calibration and I'm not sure I'm getting one hundred percent out of the headset.

The "surround sound" on this is only virtual so it really isn't anything super impressive. The hardware quality isn't that impressive either. The top pad broke off after only 2 months of use. Sure they still work, but for $120 I would expect more. Done buying Razer products.

Ordered these because they were advertised as a wireless headset.... well, apparently we can just call anything we want wireless and ship it out because these are clearly wired headphones. While they might be very good WIRED headphones, they function very badly as WIRELESS headphones, so they get a 1 star rating.
