The retractable mic works great and is able to be pulled out and pushed back in with ease. With all that said the strap is huge. I'm a 6'3'' male and my head isn't small but this headset at it's smallest feels slightly too big. On top of that, the strap has a padded section in the middle that is held together with a few thin and tiny plastic nubs. Mine broke within weeks and now the pad doesn't act like a soft pad at all and the plastic digs into the top of my head making the headset sit on the back of my head.

OK headset
