Not a good experience. Started having random weirdness after a couple days. Like a key was stuck, or a bad connection. Stinky software too. Returned and got a steelcase for about the same price, feels better and looks better with 10 lighting zones vs the ornata’s single zone.

This is a literally amazing keyboard. Very convenient for gaming, I recommend it to absolutely everyone.

Good for a standard cheap keyboard, is a bit noisyer than I thought though.

Normal keyboard, nothing too fancy. Didn't like having to install so many apps to get the features, like lighting etc.

Had high hopes for this keyboard. Had it 1 week. Started glitching..then freeze. 2 different software packages manage this keyboard....causes issues. The arrow keys on mine are very faulty. One press and the down key stays on and keeps going until you unplug the keyboard... Returning today...

Great Keyboard for the price very tactile and feels great

The keyboard is lopsided by quite a bit. And once I installed the drivers and connected it to the rest of my set up well everything started lagging and freezing up. I had a razer mouse and speaker sub set up wasn’t cheap. Anyways my system kept giving me problems and the problem was razer sucks up lots of resources and practically takes over your pc. Also half the times my pc didn’t see the keyboard and I had to keep rebooting until it did! Yeah this keyboard is junk I already tossed it it’s garbage don’t waste your money.

Feels like a normal office keyboard. Well made but kinda disappointed.

Only lasted 2 months. No longer recognized by any PC, was routinely cleaned. RGB lighting caused the keyboard to short itself out early. Didn't think a keyboard would fail this badly, I'm typing from a $10 Logitech keyboard.

We picked up the RAZER ORNATA X Keyboard because the current Keyboard on the one laptop was not backlit well enough to easily see in dark settings. This is very well lit when turned all the way up. I did have an issue after installing the RAZER App. The 1 Key and 3 Key would randomly activate with nobody at the computer and continually enter streams of numbers. So, I switch this Keyboard to another laptop that also needs an external keyboard. The 1 and 3 keys do not activate on that laptop. So, I will remove the Razer App and lose the ability to control the lights on the keyboard, but the issue is not the keyboard it is the Razer App. Wish the Keyboard RGB could be set to one color from the Keyboard without the RAZER App. We can only turn the RGB on or off and if on, it rotates colors. I prefer a Golden Orange as it is better for the eyes and does not reduce vision in the dark while gaming. If Razor sees this review, please make it so your Keyboards can lock in a color from the Keyboard without the Razer App. We understand you want people to use your App but if it is going to randomly trigger keys, it is not worth having.

I’m going to be honest this keyboard in my opinion is a very nice keyboard it’s very smooth the key-binds are nice and I like to play games a lot and sometimes my hand would fall asleep but thanks to this keyboard it dose not do it no more so I highly recommend if you play games a lot too I also do sometimes a lot of typing is very nice I’m a small time creator for YouTube like very small not famous but I play games a lot like I said and this keyboard is very nice the RGB if you like RGB lighting brightness it’s very very bright and you could adjust the RGB it’s has very nice features I like RGB and this keyboard surprised me of how bright it is and for the price it’s a very nice keyboard I talk a lot but ya I recommend it if you read all this and buy this keyboard I hope you have a nice time with it and I hope you have a nice day

When backlit is low the keys are barrely visible. The print quality is looking bad. Surprised that this is Razer. Returned to store

It’s a good keyboard for its price. Not mechanical but you get what you paid for.
