I went from the Death Adder to the Taipan after the sales guy at Best Buy told me it's the one he uses for gaming. I haven't been disappointed yet. While it's definitely smaller than the DA and it took me about a week to get used to, I've adjusted well and am enjoying yet another great Razer product.

It's comfortable to use and is a good replacement for my razor imperator that crapped out

It works really well and I like how easy it was to customize the settings and program the buttons to open specific sites or do other specific functions.

The mouse itself is much better than a standard mouse for gaming. The tracking is dead on and very accurate and adjustable. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the fact that the lighting has already gone out and I have only owned this mouse for less than a month. I would contact Razer customer service but I have heard nothing but horror stories from other owners of razer products when trying to work with warranty service. I figure the lights aren't a big deal anyway as long as the mouse works fine. The lights did make it look cool though. Now it just looks like a dead rat on my desk.

I bought this to replace a Logitech that had a malfunctioning right button. I really like the Logitech but this one seems to fit my hand nicely and with the high DPI it is quite smooth

I would recommend this mouse to friends, which I already have. Great mouse!

I play enough games to need a couple extra mouse buttons, these mouse has the two I need on the left side of it, it also is very easy to adjust the sensitivity, great mouse.

I have a mac and it works wonders I went in looking for a mouse to play LoL with and this mouse is awesome. I haven't had one problem what so ever with the mouse at all.
