Quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2k Polling rate, but 10k with the hyper polling dongle, crazy good. BUT, mine, out of the box, only worked while plugged in. i’ve red multiple forums where others explained similar unhappy results. Comes with grips, and a flexible braided charging cable. would be 5 stars, but advertised as a wireless mouse, and only working while connected with a wire, is a true downfall.

Randomly lost wireless connection
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Randomly lost connection to the dongle and cant reconnect so my woreless mouse is now a wored mouse. You can buy a replacement dongle, but why should i have too? Ive had the product for less than a year. The replacement dongles are also sold out on razer's website so you have to pay more money to buy one from a private seller if you can find one. The mouse is nice but its rediculous that this kind of problem is happening in so many of Razer's products.

Overpriced Junk
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like wasting your money on mice that may not work out of the box, this mouse may be for you. First one I bought had a dud wireless dongle. Returned and got a new one, which work fine until Synapse wanted to update the mouse, which proceeded to brick the wireless dongle again. It seems like this is an ongoing issue with Razer. You're better off with the wired version which has lasted me for years. I just wanted to get rid of excess cables but this mouse falls short.

Had to exchange due to connection issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the white one and the wireless option could not connect. Apparently, others have these connection issues. Exchange for a black one and now its working great!

Great for a month then died
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mouce was great for the first month I had it… then just randomly didnt work anymore…. After doing some research these mice have an issue with the wireless dongle just randomly dying. It’s unfortunate because I really liked it but can’t recommend it because it seems like a gamble if it will work in the long term.

Doesn't work out of the box.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was very exicted to receive this item today but within five minutes, felt like I made a mistake. The wireless dongle doesn't work, which is pretty unacceptable for a $150 premium peripheral. I went through the RAZER support chat to request a replacement and may update my review depending on their response & turnaround time. But in the meantime, I just spent all this money on a wired mouse...

White model horrible
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Exchanged 2 defective units in the same day. Maybe just bad luck on my end but the white models never worked. Never would connect to the wireless reciever out the box then I finally decided to give the black model a try. Worked flawlessly out the box. Idk why but the white models all seems to be defective and seems to be a common problem from what I read online. Choose the black over the white, white looks beautiful but it will save you trips and a headache with time

Dongle doesn’t work
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Came in with a faulty dongle, it wouldn’t connect. It seems like it’s a common issue. And with my previous experience with the Razer Ultimate wireless, I’m not taking my chances. I’ll stick with my logitech wireless superlight

Disappointed!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved the mouse but unfortunately the dongle to use it wireless did not work. I had to return it. I may purchase again and just use it wired.

Razer Regrets
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my first wireless gaming mouse and it was a good experience while it lasted. It's incredibly lightweight and has impressive battery life. Unfortunately, the 2.4 GHz dongle stopped working after only four months. Apparently, this is a common issue with this mouse--people have had the dongle DOA when they purchased the mouse brand new and others have had faulty replacement dongles sent in by Razer. Rather than deal with Razer's notorious quality control and customer service, I'd rather just buy a different mouse from a different brand.
