Customers value the tactile buttons, high-quality build, and comfortable grip of the Wolverine V2 controller. Many appreciate the controller's overall feel and responsiveness, particularly praising the triggers and comfortable design. While some find the controller larger than preferred, the positive feedback on its features significantly outweighs this concern. The long cord length is also a frequently cited advantage.

This is a great controller with a good bang for your buck. I moved to this from the Razer Wolverine V1 and don't miss the changeable thumb stick or paddles at all. The extra two buttons on the V2 is good enough for me and it is very durable so far.

i love it so Mucho, I like how it has the m1 and m2 buttons next to the bumpers instead of the paddle buttons underneath, the grip on it fantabulous and i just love the entirety of it.

Great controller an upgrade from the standard Xbox series Controller. And buttons are mechanical. This is the best-wired controller you can buy.

Controller weight feels great. Buttons and triggers actuate with a very satisfying audible and tactile click. The quality of the braided cord is very good and the length will meet the needs of 99% of users; the other 1% will want a wireless controller. PC compatibility is mostly plug-and-play right out of the box.
The ONE flaw that prompted me to return it was the placement of the back button. The left thumb needs to reach OVER the left stick to get to it, and I cannot understand why Razer would move the start/back buttons from their perfectly acceptible spots in the middle of the controller to the edges. Any game that I play that has the menu mapped the back button becomes more annoying than it should be.
Hopefully Razer's next iteration of this controller returns the button placement back to where they were originally on the Wolverine Ultimate. If you're in the market for a wired controller and don't mind the button layout, then this is a solid choice. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

The joystick controls are extremely sensitive. There needs to be a device driver that allows for changing sensitivity based on the game being played.

This controller is okay but I didn’t like it as much as I wanted. First, the buttons have a great click down feel to them but the letters are painted on top so I was leery about button smashing. I know, it’s not like we even look at it while playing and this is just cosmetic.
It says the two additional triggers are remappable. On Series X? Yeah, I didn’t have the options. Maybe for PC players.

I only got this controller as it was on sale and had some certificates. I didn’t know much about it but I probably should have done more research. The controller functions fine and I like the extra trigger buttons. My only gripe is how big the controller is. Compared to the regular Xbox controller this one just seems a bit too wide and my hands aren’t that big so it gets uncomfortable after gaming for a bit.

The grip, the way the buttons feel (clicky, sturdy). Also the fact that you never have to worry about batteries. Since I’ve bought this controller I’m glad I never have to worry about my battery dying. The USB-C wire is very long, and sturdy so it should last a long while. Remapable buttons on Xbox accessories app as well as customizing sensitivity to your liking. For $100 bucks you’re getting a top tier controller!

Didn't expect the buttons to be as clicky as they are. The quality is top notch and it feels really good in the hand. one downside is that this controller has a L4 and R4 and the placement is weird. They are right next to the triggers so I accidentally press them every now and then.

Very good quality gaming controller. I like the feel of it and you can grip it well. All the triggers, buttons and analog sticks are very responsive. The only negative is the A,B,Y,X buttons do not last long with intense gaming over a course of six months. Definitely get the geek squad warranty on this.
