This controller works great does all the things I wanted to do on my tv a great buy

Don’t have a menu so I can’t program my tv trying find out if it’s a way to access the menu using another method

I bought This for my mother who needed something simple. It was perfect. She said she loves the large buttons and how simple it was.

Remote was very easy to program. Bought this to use on a TV in a bedroom. The large buttons mean that I don't need to have my glasses on while watching the television in the dark.

The remote control was easy to set up on my TV. The back light display makes it convenient to use at night.

This product works great. Has big function buttons and I I would definitely recommend it to other users. Also, I would recommend using the regular instruction manual instead of the quick start guide. After 20 minutes of pushing buttons I read the manual and realized that the first code I put in was the right one. If I had only read the manual first. It gave a better explanation and was just as easy to use. The only difference was the small print.

I was hoping this remote would help my 93 year old mother-in-law as the buttons were larger than the conventional remote. Unfortunately, it was just as hard to program. If you just need a replacement this remote would suffice.

I asked the sales person which controller I would need. He showed me this one. I was unable to connect to my tv, three of us tried. Either the wrong one for my tv or cry non-user friendly.

This remote was easy to sync with my television. I like the fact that there are not 50 buttons on it--makes it easy to use in the dark. It does have a light-up feature on it.

Bought for parent to replace factory remote. Used auto find, and signal was up and running in about a minute. Big numbers, easy to use. Good switch!!

Originally purchased this for my Mom due to the loss original remote, we ended up finding it before we tore open the package on the new one. The buttons are big enough that I can see what they are, bet all in all it’s a pretty awesome remote.

I bought this to simplify the life of an 80-year-ol family member who was struggling with the cable remote with a million buttons. Ridiculously easy to set up, it does exactly what it should and the simple layout makes life a LOT easier for older folks who get confused when presented with a device stuffed with tiny buttons. Dropped one star because the label text is quite small and there is no explanation in thin manual regarding the "blinking light error" state that I now simply ignore since it's working.

Remote was easy to use but after much trial and error I called the customer support, whom was very helpful, but he eventually told me that the remote was not compatible with the model of Samsung TV I had. He did tell me which model of the remote I should get. The customer support for this product was great. I suggest checking your television model compatibility with this remote before purchasing.

I had gotten this remote for another tv in the house and I liked that it was easy to see and read and program. A win, win.

Bought this remote for my 84 yr old father. Easy to program, large buttons make it easier for him to use.

The remote was easy to connect but takes a bit of getting used to. I'm an elderly woman who has been used to the 10-key set up for decades. So the side by side, two digit remote design, has been a bit challenging for me, particularly since it is being used with a secondary television set. It works well though, and as I stated in the Review Summary, it is great for the price.
