The top of the freezer scratches very easily, you must keep a cover of some sort on it. The metal baskets appear to insert on tracks inside the freezer but they actually do not.

The first freezer arrived damaged. The gentleman in customer service worked with me to arragne the return of the damaged appliance and delivery of a new one. he also applied a $50 credit for the inconvience. The second appliance arrived in fine shape and is running beautifully.
